After being hosted by Purely for over fifteen years our company needed some expertise in a hurry and Jamie at Purely delivered. No fuss, no bother, just got a tricky job done for us in very short order. I cannot recommend these guys enough, in times when customer service is usually a robotic nonsense, Purely have the human touch.

For the starters who would like to publish their website with a convenient price, this is a go. Honestly, I did not think that the service would be this great. The control panel is very organized and The customer service is very great, fast and effective. When I have some technical problem with my web page, I could easily contact them and the reply is very fast except that one time which is at 2am in the morning.

These guys are consistently amazing. I have gradually moved more and more of my domain and website business to them, and have not regretted it for an instant.

Always available. Always helpful. And great prices too! I strongly recommend.

Today as on many other occasions purely.website came through for me. Mine is a small site and my monthly payments correspondingly modest - a few pounds a month. Yet each time I've needed help they've responded - in every case successfully - as if to a huge outfit with a platinum service level agreement.

My problem today was, not for the first time, a rogue script - hardly the responsibility of purely.website - on my site eating up disk space to slow performance to a snail's pace. They fixed it, told me how to prevent its recurrence, and made my day!

Sends unsolicited marketing emails. I should not have to unsubscribe from your marketing list when I never signed up in the first place.

I'm sure I'll get a limp apology in response to this negative review, but I have my doubts you'll stop doing it.

Purely.website is a breath of fresh air in this world of web hosting. I made the decision to move to them recently when my old host tripled their prices and reduced support hours.
Purely however are very affordable and their support is top notch! I've used the chat a few times and got quick and great reponses every single time.
I love that they provide a small plan for when you only have a basic web site, yet it has all the bells and whistles should you need them (though even the larger plans cost less than most web hosts)
If you are in a similar boat as I was, they come highly recommended.

Each time I interact with Purely, I'm more and more impressed. They know their stuff, the products and services are excellent and great value for money, especially UK domains. Support is professional, proactive and quick. Very happy that I moved from my old registrar to Purely.

So far, I am very impressed. After a bit of a learning curve, their interface is easy to navigate and powerful features are relatively easy to set up.

Customer support has been fantastic, guiding me through the fine details of more advanced features that I am wishing to implement.

I don't believe that it's possible to beat their prices which are highly competitive – whilst performance seems as good or better than my previous provider.

In an age where so many service providers are increasing prices with bloated features that are, in my view, frankly unnecessary for most people - purely.website seem to be filling a much needed gap in the market. Long may it continue!

A worthwhile journey so far.

They have everything I need, with only a few flaws. But they answer quickly, relatively quickly! I like it that the price is accessible to poor people.

I find the email renewal reminders are timely and had no problems thus far with the service. The chat help function was also great recently. Very patient, understood exactly what needed doing and was sorted quickly.

Good value hosting and great customer support, locked myself out my account and they had me logged in within minutes.

Excellent support and communication throughout the whole migration process. A very positive experience with helpful and patient support throughout.

I only have very basis IT skills and they were very patient and helpful in answering my questions. I was having trouble transferring my website from another hosting provider and they managed to sort it out for me

I was confused on how to do something with my domain. Tried to use the chat but was unsuccessful. Sent a ticket and had a response within an hour. Problem solved by Jamie. Super helpful and friendly service.

Since using Purely.website (PIPETEN) i can throughly recommend them. This company is at the forefront of pricing, support, easy to use DNS controls, easy to use control panel, and most importantly their Customer & Technical support department's are very helpful.
