Beware of a $29 recurring charge per month for a "subscription" that you never wanted or ordered. Scammers!

AVOID!!! I tried to cancel within a minute of the order conformation when I saw that what had registered was not what I ordered. Got automatic email saying my query would be delay with in 2-3 days. Product arrived about 2 weeks later & I only just got email response. I can send it back to Australia at my own expense! Delivered the spatula set - very thin, flimsy & cheap.

Waited for the "titanium" cutting boards to be 40% off so they were close to reasonably priced. A month after my order, I saw a $29 charge from them. They snuck in a ridiculous monthly membership fee which is supposed to give you access to special deals. Imagine paying a dollar a day to have access to exclusive sales on kitchen ware... They automatically add the free trial membership to your cart just before checkout, then charge your card $29/month until you badger them to cancel. They purposely make no mention of the $29/month in any of the confirmation Emails. I've Emailed customer service multiple times, always takes them 2-3 days to reply, they finally said they would refund me 40% of the $29, refund should post in 5-7 business days. Guess what? Three weeks and two Emails later, they're ignoring me. Shady, scammy company, and I suspect the boards are steel.

Terrible company and product. Absolute scam. No reply to my countless emails and absolutely no service. Do not fall for this

SCAM! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! As others have stated, this SCAM company AUTOMATICALLY signs you up for a "subscription" for $29.00 a month! Very difficult to go to website and find this "fine print" and cancel the subscription!! Of course -- their "subscription" states no refunds!! Need to go to every site possible and warn people of this scam!!

The utensils are cheap magnetic ( not titanium) chintzy crap—-
On top of that , they illegally billed my cc $29 twice before i noticed.

What a scam. They don't warn you, but they set up a $29.00 per month subscription. The only thing I can tell that the subscription gets you is advertising emails. Very expensive to purchase for the size. Buy from someone else with no subscription scam.

As many have already reported, they automatically sign each customer up for a “membership” that they say is easy to cancel at anytime. They also clearly state that the cost of the board is worth it because it’s a “one time purchase”, to which I say, no it’s not! They signed me up for a membership that they will not respond to for me to cancel. I’ve tried e-mail, phone, online chat and nothing has worked. I will say I actually really like the board and would have absolutely purchased a second-larger-board had they not been so misleading with the initial purchase and so difficult to stop the auto payments. My next step is to submit the issue to my CC company.

This company is a total Scam,please do purchase any product from them.
Unfortunately I did,I bought 2 Pure cut chopping boards advertised as Titanium boards with very misleading pictures.
The false reviews on the web site were convincing,until I checked outside reviews which highlighted that Pure Cut is quite a scam.
After you order any product from them you are automatically subscribed at a cost of £22 per month for nothing.
You are sent multiple emails on your order and would probably miss the one you can Unsubscribe for the subscription.
Lucky I managed due to the past reviews here to pick this up.
Most of all do not purchase anything using direct debit as you definitely will not get any refund.

I bought the boards in June. The boards are fine but since then I have had £22 per month taken out.
I did not sign uup for a subscription - whatever for? They are chopping boards! I have emailed the company, I'll up date this review when/if I hear back.
And it appears I am not alone, a lot of reviews are saying the same thing.

Total garbage! Don’t buy from this company. Since when do you buy a cutting board and get sucked into a monthly subscription! Insane! I emailed over a month ago to requested an immediate cancellation and no response. Got changed again. Then I found another email and I did get a response but they won’t honor my refund , even tho I requested in writing . I can’t help they got a new support email address. I used the one on their website ! To comment on the actual board itself that I received. Took a long time to come in the mail and it’s cheap and always leave water spots. I wish I could return and just never had experienced all of this! Stay away!!! Also I’ll add on their email response they said they notified me at checkout of the subscription- no! I ordered on Amazon and no prompt came up notifying of anything like that. I hope you get shut down for running such a sham !!!!

I wouldn’t say it’s amazing, but it’s solid. Cleans easily, doesn’t smell, and doesn’t take up much room in the drawer.
The surface took a little getting used to, but I’m into it now.

FRAUD company. SCAM, DO NOT ORDER. They charge you a recurring subscription charge without any agreement had to contact American Express and get a fraudulent charge put onto them they don’t respond.
STAY AWAY

Total scam. Every time you select a product, they add a $29 subscription to your cart. No warning. No explanation. I made 3 separate orders and now have 3 subscriptions - they will not respond and there is no way to cancel subscriptions. No info on website. No explanations. No way to cancel. No way to remove credit card. Contest charges and cancel your card.

They will not return calls or emails… awful company. Missing half of my order. 2 weeks later. Absolutely no response from them.

Fraudulent monthly membership fee! Call your Credit Card Company and cancel payment and then cancel your Credit Card and you will get a new Credit Card with a different number.

Avoid. Like everyone else I brought a chopping board. Then had £22 taken twice from my account without authorisation or receiving any other product. No response from customer services. I’ve had to contact my bank to ensure no future payments are taken fraudulently.

Poor quality goods is one thing. Filching £22 without authorisation from my credit card is another.

Under the law in every country, to take money or goods without authorisation is theft.

Pure Cut has just done that to me.
