Despite the extra measures in place to protect against COVID 19 and being 15 weeks pregnant, Jade and the team still managed to make the experience an enjoyable and memorable one. Jade did a fantastic job of putting me at ease and giving me the confidence to try things I thought I couldn’t pull off. I came away with the most stunning dress, which was nothing like I thought I would buy! The team really knows their stuff and does not try to give you the hard sell- they really take the time to understand your budget and day requirements, both before and during your appointment. Could not fault anything!

Gemma and Anna couldn't have made me feel more confident or comfortable on my first visit to the store. I'd never been for a bridal apt so was slightly nervous, but they couldn't have been more friendly and the dress selection was really extensive, with lots of different styles. The pre-appointment lookbook was a fantastic starting point and Gemma was an absolute whizz at picking out different styles and accessories to try. I wasn't rushed in the slightest and tried on about 8 dresses before finally saying the big 'YES' to the dress. Would 100% recommend for anyone looking for their perfect dress.

From the moment we walked in we felt at ease! We were early so we were offered the opportunity to wander around and look at the dresses before we were taken upstairs to a private room and offered a glass of prosecco or an elderflower press. Jade managed our appointment and she took so much interest in us, wanting to know more about me, who I had brought with me, what plans we’d made, my proposal story, etc. And then offered me the opportunity to try on 2/3 dresses at a time starting with my preferred favourite so every other dress was compared to it and ending with it to ensure this is was the right dress and not just an in the moment situation because it’s the first one you try on. They make sure you are 100%. TIP: Complete the questionnaire they send to you by email once you’ve scheduled your appointment and set up your profile, favourite dresses you like and add comments on them as to why. This saved SOOO much time in the appointment and I wasn’t trying on dresses that were then not in my price range or too far from my favoured style. Jade listened very carefully to every comment I made about the dresses i tried on but also listened carefully to what my bridal party had to say, and did throw a couple in that based on what she’d listened to would be something she knew I’d like but with something else I might not have considered. After all was said and done, I said yes to the dress and Jade was then very thorough about every detail in ordering my dress, from getting us all another glass of prosecco right down to getting a second person to take my measurements to ensure they had it 100% spot on! I Could not fault anything and wish I could have that amazing experience with them over and over again! Thank you Pure, from the bottom of my heart <3

I had Anna for my fitting. She was amazing! I was struggling with what style I wanted and felt a bit overwhelmed with the choice. Pure have a great selection of dresses and Anna help me filter through and find ‘the one’ It was a great experience and can’t wait for the wedding now!!

This was the first place I had tried a wedding dress on and I’m so glad I did. It was an experience that every bride should have. I had Vicki as my consultant and she made me feel so at ease. Vicki was so helpful and so honest which I really did appreciate giving that it’s the biggest decision to make! Also very accommodating to your needs and they can’t do enough for you! Would definitely recommend this place to family and friends!

I had a brilliant experience choosing my dress with Pure Brides. They were very professional yet personal and made me feel special, comfortable and confident every step of the way. There was an excellent collection of dresses available and they were very respectful of what styles I liked as well as my budget. I can’t fault the service and experience they provided.

The whole experience was amazing I went today with my sister who is the bride to be and couldn’t fault any of it from start to finish so personal and special and we went back later and said yes to the dress

My experience with pure brides was more than what I expected. Rebecca gave a relaxed, no pressure atmosphere, which resulted in me finding my dream dress. Although it was the 2nd one I tried on, just to be certain she gave me other options too, not just sent on my way as quick as possible. She took a interest in my wedding day as a whole, and also listen to what I wanted in a dress. thank you so much rebecca.

Jade was absolutely marvellous during our visit at Pure Brides. It was our first appointment. She was very attentive, listened to my vision and then added her expertise. I couldn't have asked for a better service.

Absolutely brilliant service from Vicki. I had a really negative experience elsewhere and was so anxious but Vicki put me at ease straight away. The selection of dresses was amazing and I was so pleased to find my dress. I am so excited for it to arrive so I can try it on again!!

I had the best experience at Pure - thank you to Rebecca for making me feel so comfortable during the whole process. I had no idea what I was looking for going in to my first dress shop, and I came out a couple of hours later having chosen and ordered my dress! I can’t wait to go back in a few months to pick it up! Everyone I met and spoke to while at my appointment was so lovely, and I can’t wait to take my fiancé back to try on suits!

This place has no faults, the ladies who work there, honestly, are amazing. Make you feel at home, so comforting. The dresses are just beautiful! I cant really put into words how to rate them. Just pure amazing 👍!

Pure Brides is undoubtedly the top bridal shop to visit for your wedding dress and gentlemens attire. Many of the brides I have served as toastmaster have chosen their dress from the collections at Pure Brides and looked absolutely stunning. I have had the privilege of working alongside the team as MC for their wedding fashion show and meet them regularly at wedding shows. it is obvious the ladies enjoy their work and are at the top of their game. Led by the amazing Anna, they work together to provide a first rate service to all the bridal parties that cross their threshold. I personally highly recommended them and have no hesitation including them on my website recommended supplier 'friends' page.

Pure brides service Is simply outstanding. I can’t recommend them highly enough! I had a wonderful time and I felt so comfortable and happy. The dresses are so beautiful and there is such an wide range to choose from to cater for all personal styles. I dreaded trying on dresses and went in total to 4 bridal shops in Norfolk and here was by far the best. I was listened to, encouraged to take risks and enjoy the moment. It was evident that the ladies knew what they were doing with regards to dressing my body shape and style desired.

Had the best day trying on some beautiful dresses. Pure has a very relaxed feel and all members of staff were friendly, approachable and very experienced!

Wow what an amazing experience I had with the Pure girls! Such a stunning boutique with the best selection of designer dresses and my own gorgeous personal bridal suite for me and my bride tribe. Being a curvy girl it wasn’t a great experience with all the other bridal shops I tried, but with Pure they had an awesome selection of curve dresses that fit perfectly. They made me feel so special and beautiful in all the dresses they chose for me. They truly are experts at what they do and made my dress buying experience extra special. They went above and beyond for me and I ended up purchasing not one, but two dresses for my big day. From start to finish they took such good care of me and I can’t recommend them enough! If you want the ultimate bridal experience go see the Pure girls they are incredible and I will be forever grateful for them helping me find my dream dresses.
