I visited purebrides with my bridesmaids and we had the most amazing time / experience from the moment we got into the shop! All the ladies were lovely, so friendly!
Lizzie helped me choose my dress and I cannot recommend her enough she was the nicest person ever! She made me feel so relaxed and she listened to everything I was saying. She was also brilliant with all my bridesmaids and we all cannot thank her enough for being so kind, so amazing and purely just fab! Cannot recommend enough!! Thank you Lizzie for being truly amazing and making my dress shopping experience what it was. You are a truly amazing at your job and genuinely such nice, warm and happy person and I am so pleased I chose pure brides and I am so lucky and so grateful I got you.

The most wonderful bridal experience ever! Even before i stepped a foot into the store they were already messaging me about my appointment, taking me through their salon so i knew where to go, asked if i needed any help or had any questions. I had fun filling pit a look book so they knew exactly what to pull and get ready for me to try, Molly who was my stylist and bestie for the appointment was the most fantastic and kind person ever! Truly made me feel like a princess and the most special bride. I had such great feedback from previous brides of this shop and was not disappointed one bit and had such a great feeling the whole time as well. Less than an hour in an i said Yes to the Dress! Molly knew exactly what i wanted and i could be myself around her! Truly an amazing human being and stylist! In love with the place and team! Thank you again😍💖

I recently came to visit Pure Brides to look for my wedding dress and the service from start to finish was incredible.
Renee called me the day before the appointment and came across as a very genuine, friendly, bubbly and helpful person, giving me a really good feeling ahead of the day.
After trying on some really beautiful dresses that both Renee and my family picked out, I found my ‘Yes Dress’ and am completely besotted with it.
It sounds cheesy, but the entire time we spent there felt smooth and exciting and the care and attention Renee has for the people she helps is exactly what you need when looking for your perfect dress. She genuinely made it feel like we’d been friends for years.
Overall, I cannot recommend Pure Brides enough!

I visited the Norwich store with my sister yesterday for her first appointment to look at wedding dresses. Rebecca was wonderful and not only listened to exactly what my sister said wanted, but noticed how her body language was changing in the different dresses, as well as giving lots of help with what could be done with the help of their seamstress. I'm sure my sister expected to leave the appointment with a better idea of what she wanted. However she chose THE DRESS. Looking forward to her next appointment to collect it now!
Thank you so much for taking the time to know what my sister wanted for her big day and help her look so stunning. It's the extra little things that made the booking, appointment and dress so special.

I booked my appointment with Pure with it being the first time I was going to be trying on wedding dresses. We got a wonderful private room to have to ourselves with the stylist and the whole place is decorated beautifully. I tried on a variety of dresses, and I picked my dress on my first visit which I was not expecting at all as I'm very indecisive! As you hear alot I ended up picking a dress I never expected to pick, but I felt beautiful in it, and all the staff were stopping in their tracks to tell me how wow it was! Molly was amazing, she made the whole experience memorable. She listened to what I said about each dress, and made me feel very comfortable even though I was initially very nervous to try dresses on. After a couple of dresses I was soon having the best time and had the best afternoon! I cannot thank Molly enough for being as amazing as she was, shes a natural at making you feel welcome and comfortable with her kindness. Thank you Pure, I hope I feel just as amazing the next time that dress goes on! xx

I had the absolute best experience at Pure Bride in pontefract, i had the pleasure of being helped by the store manager,Kerry who was so helpful, patient and kind. the whole process that she spoke to me about the dresses was truly amazing and was so easy to pick my dress it was very detailed and made it so easy to say 100% YES to the dress! i had been to a few different bridal shops prior to my appointment with kerry at pure bride but none of the other bridal shops caught my eye xx

An amazing lovely experience :) Pure brides were by far the best shop I visited when shopping for my wedding dress with my mum. They got to know me as a person, made me feel at home and comfortable at every step of the way.
I had the lovely lady Gemma was just so sweet and genuine! She really helped me and reassured me throughout!
Nothing was too much trouble and they made the whole experience feel so special!
Also I wanted to say how amazing the online booking and your very own online portal is! How amazing that you can go through and favourite all the gowns you love before going into the store so the ladies already know what your vision is.

My first dress appointment. Booked so easily online. Great system. Picked my favourite dresses before I arrived. Felt safe in the environment (with Covid restrictions) Gemma you are truly amazing! Even though I knew The One. You tested me to make sure it was The One. You made my whole experience. Can’t wait to come back with my better half to arrange the suits!!! x

My experience was exceptional at pure brides. Vicki totally got what kind of dresses I wanted to try and also threw in some wild cards which actually helped we go away from the dresses I was thinking and ‘I said yes’ to that dress. I was and am still on cloud 9 after finding my dress at pure. Even at this difficult time the experience was very enjoyable and relaxed. Thank you team pure bride. Can’t wait to come back and try on my dress and accessorises

Wow well what can I say about this amazing bridal shop, I honestly had the most perfect experience. I was Feeling very nervous and apprehensive before hand with this being the first time I’d ever tried on any wedding dresses ( I think it’s always a huge thing though potentially finding your dream dress hehe) but as soon as I got to pure I was welcomed by a smiling friendly face which instantly put my nerves at ease. I was then greeted by Rebecca who I instantly felt comfortable with she was just incredible at making me feel comfortable trying on all the beautiful dresses and getting to no all about my special day. Rebecca knew exactly the things I was looking for in my dresses and she definitely went above and beyond in my eyes to find me my dream dress. After 2 dresses I finally tried on ‘ The one’ it was perfect in ever single way and I finally said yes to the dress!!! Rebecca honestly made my experience completely amazing she was so lovely and I can’t speak highly enough of the wonderful time I had I was definitely on cloud 9!! Pure you are amazing!! Thank you for helping me to find my dream dress xx

Had such a lovely day trying on dresses at pure brides! Jade was so helpful and nice and made me feel at ease straight away! She chose a dress for me to try on which I hadn’t chose and I loved it and it was the one I chose! It was such a nice experience and would recommend to anyone thinking about going!

My experience at Pure Brides was amazing. With a lovely chat and a pack through the post before I even went to the shop I was already feeling really special, and my appointment didn’t disappoint. Gemma was brilliant, she was so easy to be with and she found several beautiful dresses for me to try. I’m so excited that I found my dress - an emotional experience, and I couldn’t be happier. Was lovely to go dress shopping at pure, it made it a lot easier when Rebecca was really lovely she made us all feel really welcome and easy to talk to. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience

I’d visited one other bridal shop before pure brides and i Thought the way my appointment was structured was spot on. At first we discussed the sort of dress I had in mind but I was open to try most styles. The lady I had for appointment was a great listener and I felt like she really knew and enjoyed her job. She would only bring 2 dress’s at one time Which is actually better as you can get to a point where you feel like you have tried on too many dresses. When I had the dresses on we discussed the bits I liked and didn’t like we a had a bit of time first before showing my guests the dresses on. Which again was a really good idea, because it gave me a chance to consider the dress before hearing other people’s opinions.

My experience at Pure Brides was wonderful and I am really glad I chose them as the place to get my wedding dress. Jade was so lovely and gave us a lovely experience despite the social distancing measures etc. Their measures to keep up safe did not detract at all from the Bridal Shopping experience and we all felt very at ease. At no point did I feel pushed into buying any dress either but I’m so happy I found the one. Would definitely recommend Pure to others and we will be back to hire suits soon!

It was my first time trying on dresses and I loved every minute. I was made to feel very comfortable by the staff as soon as we walked through the door. The dresses were all amazing and I didn’t feel pressured.

I went to Pure Brides and simply loved the experience. Jade was really listening to me and very quickly honed in what my 'bridal vision' was. She was chatty, friendly and simply outstanding. The other girls were warm and welcoming and all got involved with the appointment when I had almost said yes and the whole 2 hours was just a joy. I went with 1 person as my other bridesmaid is pregnant and due to covid 19 didn't want to come just as shops opened but they have found a little slot so I can go again (10 days after my initial appointment) and try my dress on so she can see it. Loved the whole experience would recommend Pure Brides 100%

Vicky made me feel comfortable from start to finish. She helped me decide on a dress that I absolute love and nothing like what I expected.
I’m quite a picky person too so she really did nail it.
