The consultant helen talked too much and asked too many personal questions i go to a beauty salon to relax not to be asked personal questions fid mot like it too familiari with somey she did not know made me feel like i did not want to go back

Wow fantastic place, friendly clean environment, Helen is fab had lip fillers for the first time and she has done an amazing job, I had no top lip so knew it would be difficult to fill something that's not really there but they look amazing, I can't wait to put my lippy on and go out at the weekend, would highly recommend x

Helen was amazing she was very friendly and put me at ease as it was my first time having botox and I was very nervous

Sadly my treatment wasn't successful in getting rid of my blemish but Helen tried a second time and insisted I had a full refund so I can't fault the service and would certainly go back if I had another issue and always recommend PA as offering over and above customer service.

Helen & her team are great the best in the business would recommend to everyone - will be going back soon!

As an Indian girl, I have a lot of unwanted dark hair, which is more noticeable than it should be due to being fair skinned. After years of waxing and epilating I needed a solution that was not only going to give me the results that I wanted but also be worthwhile moneywise (as waxing was costing up to £80-90 per month).. A cousin recommended laser hair removal and after months of research and debate I opted to undergo the treatment here at Pure Aesthetics.. Which has been the BEST decision EVER! Not only are all members of the staff approachable, friendly and willing to help, they make you feel cared for and never hesitate to go above and beyond - for example calling you the day before you have booked in for your procedure to remind you of your appointment and IF there are any issues in attending they can cancel the appointment and rearrange.. I mean not many places would let you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of when it's supposed to take place, so for me the customer service here is exceptional. The laser hair removal procedure itself was explained thoroughly during my initial consultation, and after the first two treatments there was a noticeable difference. Due to the success that I have had with the treatment I am most definitely going back to have other areas treated.
