Stumbled across Pure Aesthetics as my usual stockists was out of stock of Obagi 15% VItamin C. My order took a little longer to arrive due to the Christmas post but I was kept up to date via email, the customer service was outstanding and i will definitely be purchasing from here again.

Arrived feeling quite anxious but the lovely staff made me feel so welcome! My IV Vitamin Drip was administered by the Aesthetics Nurse Specialist who sat by me the whole time and checked my vitals. Left feeling ALIVE!

From the moment I walked into pure aesthetics I was made to feel very welcome by the receptionist and Becca that looked after me was so lovely. My treatments were amazing, a full body massage was just what I needed. My treatments also included an OPI pedicure and manicure ... top service and fantastic nails.

Pure Aesthetics, in my opinion is the best beauty clinic by far. I have researched and had treatments from the likes of Harley medical, Mya and Nu cosmetics and none of them come close. Admittedly as a brand snob, I had walked past Pure Aesthetics many of times and did not give it a second look, but this all changed when my mother and sister raved about it and I was desperate for a cure. Apprehensive enough, I decided to give it a try. I had my consultation with Helen for really bad scarring on my legs from ingrown hairs. I was desperate to have the scars removed and was willing to try anything, no limits for price or pain. I asked for an Obagi and laser removal, as I had heard really good reviews in regards to Obagi removing scaring. Helen really listened and understood what I needed and advised, that the laser treatment itself would remove the scarring and I would not need the Obagi, which in itself was an expensive treatment. Sure enough and much to my disbelief after seven laser treatments the scarring on my legs had literally disappeared. At a fraction of the cost I was first quoted from Harley medical. I now believe, that the brand name or the higher price tag does not guarantee better service and results. I could not be happier with the treatments, results, unbeatable prices and lovey, professional and honest staff at Pure Aesthetics.
