No response for a return/refund request
I have reached out 3 times to the only customer service contact listed, I have not had any response. I received my package and opened the box, the product was much too large, and I put the item back in the box and emailed the company immediately afterward. I have had to reach out two more times since there has been no response. I feel like an idiot because I usually do more research on new companies I order from. I work in customer service and understand the need to provide a prompt turnaround time when it comes to communicating after a customer reaches out.
