Takes FOREVER to shipnanything. They give a time frame but its way longer. CS is unresponsive. Terrible experience with them

Terrible website

On the website, you are unable to give low ratings. YOU CAN ONLY GIVE GOOD REVIEWS ON THEIR PRODUCTS AS IT WILL MARK IT AS 'DUPLICATE' AND MAKE YOU UNABLE TO RATE IT.

You are also not given the correct quality item. I purchased a hoodie and it was surprisingly different from what I asked for and looked much cheaper made than shown. This website is a SCAM.

Your team is like having cat whisperers on speed dial. Fast, friendly, and they know their stuff! Keep up the fantastic work. You've got a customer for life right here!

I'm satisfied with my order, great quality. I had some questions about some other products and the support was very helpful. Highly recommend them. Delivery could be faster but my order still arrived faster than expected.

Highly recommend

I ordered two hoodies, one for me and one for my kid. Unfortunately the one for my kid was too small, and after contacting the customer service they promised to send a bigger size free of charge!
What ever questions I had about my ordered, the customer service always answered immediately. Would absolutely recommend them, very lovely and caring customer service! Thank you again!!

Amazing support

I ordered a wrong size shirt, and the customer support was such helpful to help me. They agreed to sent me a free shirt a size bigger. 10/10 would order from here again!

My cat loves it!

Thank you for outstanding customer support! There were some issues with my second order, the support was very helpful and everything was solved right away. This was not my first order and definitely I'll be ordering more. My cat loves your toys!
