The redemption process is horrible! On your site, it says 24 hours to approve and 3-5 business days to go through. It takes 3-5 business days just to get approved. It's horrible. Other sites are so much faster than this.

What went wrong? I will tell you why I am very upset with your services. First of all your company never hesitated taking my money from my cards when I was giving it to play in your online casino, but oh how things changed when I actually won a little bit of money back.
