72+ Hours Past Their Own Stated SLA — $150 Redemption Stuck, Two Ignored Follow-Ups
Requested a $150 redemption via Skrill on July 12 (Transaction ID 12945322). Pulsz’s own published Redemptions Timetable — visible on their app — states Skrill withdrawals take 24 hours internal processing + 3-4 hours method processing. That’s under 48 hours by their own numbers.
It is now July 15. Over 72 hours later, the redemption is still pending.
I contacted support on July 14 with the redemption amount, date, and transaction ID as requested. Follow-up: silence. Second follow-up: silence. No status update, no explanation, no revised timeline — just a published policy they aren’t honoring.
This isn’t a complaint about bad luck or a slow week. It’s a documented gap between what a company advertises and what it delivers on a real transaction, with a paper trail to match. I’ll be filing this with Skrill’s dispute process and updating this review with the outcome, whatever it is.
If you work at Pulsz and can look into Transaction ID 12945322, I’d genuinely appreciate it — but I shouldn’t have had to post publicly to get a response after two direct attempts.

I actually like playing the games…BUT
I actually like playing the games themselves, but I have been on pulse now for three weeks straight, trying to get them to verify financial documentation in which I’ve already sent in multiple times but for some reason there has been a delay and I’m no longer able to access the online chat nor am I able to email them and get a response… I’ve reached out multiple times and asked for management and somebody who could help me in this situation and have gotten no help in return and meanwhile all this and this the fact that I have multiple redemptions going on three weeks now they have yet to be processed through due to the non-verification on pulsz side… my email is Phil Humphrey if there’s anyone that can help, I would greatly appreciate it because as of right now it seems as if this is intentional to hold the redemptions that should’ve already been processed through weeks ago
This experience has made this the worst experience ever And the lack of professionalism is extremely unethical please do something about this. I feel there’s a lack of integrity here.

Bad payout, horrible experience
Games rarely pay and when they do they’ll end up taking everything back plus some. Bought multiple packs and always end up in zeros. Chances to win are not as they are advertised.
