And here we are again. Pulsz, you have to treat the people that have been loyal to you better. The people that have been playing for years. We used to be able to get free SC here and there when we asked. But now, spend over $1500, get nothing. Win some and you lose some. But come on guys, you have over a billion dollars in revenue and you can't spare change for your loyal players? Even land based casinos care just a little bit more then this. At least we can get free hotel stays when we lose at land based casinos. But at pulsz, nothing. Oh and the prize wheels.... don't get me started. So we get to spin every Wednesday and on the weekends when you are a icon. No one wants to get free drawings or discount packages. We spend money and wait on these wheels to get those?? Very lame. People want free SC. $1 would be great! Any free SC would be great. Its just been really disappointing. A billion dollar company and you can't even get 10 bucks when you lose over 1500. Its just crazy to me.

Have you ever ran out of SC while in a free spin bonus? I have, and guess what. It was that my connection was lagging. That lagging connection allowed me to play a head and run out of SC before my phone screen said I was thru with my bonus free spins. Crazy huh
And before they decide to comment that they haven't heard anything about this, I've had email after email. And I even asked to have my gameplay replayed, and they still consider that it's a my phone is lagging or my internet connection was lagging. Nothing they're going to do about it. The last email I sent was that's, that's it? You're gonna convince me that my slow internet connection, allowed me to play ahead. And spent all my money or you're gonna convince me that I'm so unaware. that I don't know How many free spins I've made to not know that my bonus was over.

This site can't even operate without rigging their weekend promotional wheel. All I EVER get is entries into some other promotion that I've never won on or discounted coin packages.
Not very fun or fair and I'm not impressed. Nor would I recommend or promote them. Crooked asse is my opinion go's.
Too bad because I like most everything else about the site, but if their not fair on promotions than I question their legitimacy on game play and refuse to throw my hard earned money to them.

To Pulsz Management and Support,
This is absolutely ridiculous and I’m done being ignored.
I contacted you for HELP because I wasn’t getting promotions on my main login email. YOUR support team suggested I add a second email for promotions. I did that with permission.
Then YOUR team changed my LOGIN email to that promo email without telling me. When I tried to log in, I couldn’t. When I tried password recovery, it went to the wrong inbox.
I spent 2 MONTHS emailing support. Your own reps told me “your main email has to stay the same for login. It isn’t possible to change.” That was a lie. You changed it anyway.
After 2 months of getting the run around, your final answer was “we’re done helping you.”
I had to figure out MYSELF that you changed my login. I fixed it. But you still refuse to help me, refuse to compensate me for any of the time/money I lost, and I’m a high-volume player. You just let me go.
You created this problem, lied about it, and abandoned me. That’s how you treat customers?
Since you won’t help me here, I’ll be making sure other people know exactly how Pulsz treats people. I’m posting reviews everywhere and letting the public know what happened.
