These people are absolute thieves. If there was any way I could give them less than one star, I would do so I had a redemption pending for $350 to my skrill wallet and now it's gone, they're saying all of the $700 worth of of coins that I had in my account will be gone. Because I can't play on an account that that they have restricted. Redemption process lags
I have been playing Pulsz consistently for almost 3 years. On several occasions I have gotten lucky. I play because I enjoy it and experiment with many different platforms. On Pulsz I have redeemed many times and their redemption process is unnecessarily long and drug out. Recently, I have won a large jackpot. (They have great customer support if you’re at a top tier level. I’ve read others have a different experience.) Most of what I’ve won has been put back to assess value and customer care. I’d warn about their redemption process. It’s either not efficient like on other platforms or intentionally deceptive to encourage playing back. They even send emails for a “Giveback” promotion that they say is exclusive for the next few days. Yes it’s called giveback. So it’s not even deceptive, it’s just spineless because the bare minimum was given for this promotion when it came to it and at first the customer support tried saying “too bad”. Once verified, most other platforms are no more than 48 hours for redemption. That’s pretty standard from my perspective, but not on this one.
The games hit like any other platform. I play very small amounts on this one because of the poor value it offers. But to those interested it is mostly just worth it to increase chances if you play other platforms. I don’t recommend it to play a main bankroll or for good promotions and value. In the 3 years of participating, Ive never gotten anything from a promo besides small SC gifts. Winners are not listed at all. Fair warning 😎

Their internal processing time claims to be 24 hours, I’ve been waiting over five days for a measly $100 redemption. The most frustrating part is their customer service can answer any other email request within an hour, but when being asked about what is going on, and why it is taking so long to process, they go completely ghost. No one says a thing. I don’t know how this company has 4.3 stars if this is how they handle things, I don’t know if they’re under different management right now or something but it’s an absolute joke. Would not recommend playing at Pulsz anymore.
