Good service and products
A little more expensive but good quality notebooks and stationery. On the website, there is a larger range of items and I like the different product lines they do. Everything was packaged well and delivered promptly. I would recommend!

Besvarelse fra Pukka Pads
Hello Jenny, looking at your tracking number I can see your order was delivered on the 10th December, I hope it was well received! Apologies for the delays here, as you may be aware Royal Mail have had some huge delays to their network due to postal strikes which have affected our delivery times. We can only apologise for this and we hope to see you back again soon!
Great!
Second year running buying Pukka pads budget book. Great quality. Took some time to be delivered but no fault to the company as there’s been postal strikes. Good communication once purchased.

Declining quality
I have been buying Pukka pads for the last 5 years, ever since I discovered how tidily they tear off. However the last pad I bought is awful - it won't tear properly and I end up having to fish all the bits of paper out of the rings, which is what Pukka pads are supposed to avoid doing. Is the quality of pad declining - are they trying to save money somewhere by cutting corners?

The order was quite slow to be…
The order was quite slow to be delivered and when it arrived was wrong; A4 pads were delivered as A5.
I reported this and had to send a photo to verify. The respondent then sent a replacement after I’d confirmed that I wouldn't have the bother if I’d be required to return the wrongly sent pads. Why not confirm this in the original reply?
The pads are really good, the customer service, clunky.

Hi Bob,
Thank you for your feedback! I am glad you liked your pads, and I am sorry you were not impressed with our customer service.
We always ask for an image of the incorrectly received item as standard practice. This allows us to correctly identify the item received, and in turn, put processes in place to ensure it doesn't happen again!
Many thanks,
Pukka Pads
