I did not get the product I ordered.
I have submitted an inquiry and have not heard back (but it has only been one full day)

The raised bedsI purchased were easy to assemble and seem sturdy.

Do not purchase from this dishonest company! My husband ordered the 4 pack of garden beds for me as a gift. I was excited until I opened the first box….they look very used, heavily bent especially near the holes and scratched all over. I absolutely will not put this beat up junk in my garden. I told my husband to return them. My husband emailed them with photos of all the damages and was told they would only give him a free set solar lights and that we had to keep them.
He let them know we were not interested in lights and want to return them for a refund.
They replied saying that the damage and scratches are normal from shipping and will not take them back. They gave us some story about how the dent and scratches won’t matter because it’s galvanized and will never rust. I’m reading the other reviews here from people who have ones that rusted out. So that’s just another lie from them. They are only offering free solar lights and 5% back now.
They are dishonest and do not stand behind their product. Do not do business with them.
We will be doing a charge back as well as contacting the Attorney General regarding their fraud.

Update - We have emailed them at least 4 times now. LandGuard keeps downplaying the damage calling it “minor”, which it is not. As I have explained to them (and provided many photos), they arrived in a heavily damaged condition, including significant bending around the pre-drilled holes and extensive scratching. This is not consistent with new, undamaged merchandise and is not acceptable as a final product.

Shipping damage is the responsibility of the seller and/or carrier, and it is standard practice for shipments to be insured for this reason. Any claim related to shipping damage should be handled between the LandGuard company and the carrier—not passed on to the customer. We should not be forced to keep damaged goods due to shipping issues.
Shipping is insured. If it’s damaged in shipping as they claim, then they should have no issues filing an insurance claim with the shipping carrier. This is not my problem.

LandGuard will say or do anything to keep your money. They do not care about customer satisfaction, and they expect all of their customers to live with damage.
If the product is getting damaged in shipping every time as they can’t claim, then that would tell you that they don’t pack it properly. Which is again not my problem.

I ordered a 6’ x 3’ x 2’ garden bed. The bed is 68 inches in length, not 72. I would like a refund on the missing 4 inches of garden bed. I ordered 3 beds, I’m missing 12 inches total. You should have better truth in advertising.

I ordered 2 6x4x2 Raised garden beds I received one And I tried to get a response of where the other one was all I got was an AI message That it had been received which it had not.
I was able to get back $139,99 thanks to my bank. Which was half of the $278.00 for the 2 beds
I found they were way over priced and was able to order a much better quality bed from another company fo almost half the cost.
I don't recommend this company at all The many times I tried to get a live person to speak to. I've yet to hear from them

I'm torn between 3 and 4 stars. It does take some time to put each bed together and having 2 people is definitely the most beneficial. The size and height of the beds are great! We bought the 10 pack of 8x4x3 so bending over is history, woohoo! It's the quality of the metal that I'm undecided on. We use the Hugelkultur method, so the beds are only filled with soil in the top 3rd or less and yet the sides seem to bow out some once filled and ready to go. We have 4 beds assembled and full at the moment and not one of them is completely straight. The corners and sides are somewhat easily bent when leaning to get to the middle of the bed to mix soil and plant. They do pop back into place fairly easily, but for the price, we shouldn't have to manipulate anything. I will update my review once all beds are established and the garden has been in full swing for awhile. I'm a little curious about longevity, but only time will tell...fingers crossed!

It was easy to order and arrived in a good time. It is a well made product and I think it will serve us well for a long time.

Everything was mostly good except having to remove the plastic film from each of the panels. I received a few small cuts on my fingers on the sharp edges around the screw holes. Once together they look great. I have not filled them up with soil yet so I can’t comment on that yet.

This is well made. Went together very easy. Love the color. It's everything I read online. Didn't take long for delivery. Thank you love it

Product arrived well packed and undamaged. Cost was OK. Looking for the raised bed garden boxes to be a great addition to our yard. Looks quite handsome assembled.

The metal is thinner than expected , one of the corners came in the package slightly dented, we are hoping that once we get all of the soil in it that it doesn’t rupture open at the bottom or sides. Other than those things to know, it’s a good looking raised bed planter!

Haven't assembled it yet, too much snow in the yard. Can't wait to get started.But I can say packaging is perfect and recieved correct color I ordered. Easy ordering and recieved the shipment quickly.

Very easy order process and easy to put together.

Accurate description. Easy to assemble.

I had ordered similar item from the competition, They were unable to fulfill the order but Landguard not only was able to fulfill the order for less money they did it in a time frame less than it took the competition to tell me they couldn't.

In late summer, I researched a variety of raised metal garden beds, reading both professional and customer reviews that compared quality, value, and ease of use. I chose Landguard based on the strong reviews and the excellent value for the price.

I ordered three 4′ × 8′ × 2′ beds, two 6′ × 3′ × 2′ beds, and one 36″ × 36″ × 2′ round bed. My order arrived very quickly, and the beds were easy to assemble—especially with two people.

Over the course of about two months, I removed my old in-ground beds, assembled the new raised beds, and filled them using the hügelkultur method. I topped them with the soil removed from the original beds, mixed with compost from a local landscape supplier. I’m looking forward to planting in them soon.

I communicated with customer service several times and found them to be very responsive and helpful. I did experience an issue with theft, which was unrelated to the planters themselves.

No building instructions in kit box, but two parts lists. Email attachment with directions labels parts WITH DIFFERENT LETTERS from parts list and is almost illegible (Cannot be enlarged and printed without becoming fuzzy). I am a physics teacher and am unable to assemble this kit without better directions.
