They were really fast for mailing out of china. Everything was exactly what it said it would be. And the ones i've tried so far work great. I would recommend and would buy again.

The e-rig I ordered is awesome. I like that it's easy to replace parts, and they're affordable. I would buy from Puffingmaster again. My coil didn’t work and they replaced my coil it with another that somehow didn’t work but also replaced it quickly and also sent me a free pipe . Would recommend to anyone . This company is legit and cares about their customers 100%. Always quick to reply back

I gave a 4🌟, SOLELY for the Dabcool W2 pro device. Since the death of my og puffco, I've been on the hunt for a cheaper alternative with the same capabilities as the actual Puffco devices.The Dabcool w2 pro I recieved had a bad atomizer, at 1st it didnt work at all, after taking it off and back on it then tried to work, but not getting hot enough to produce any vapor, no matter what the temp.setting was at, thus just melting & wasting concentrate. After contacting CS we discovered the replacement atomizers was out of stock, and they made sure we found an agreeable alternative and took care of me immediately! Some of the best customer service I've ever recieved was from PuffingMaster,such kind & caring people that take care of their customers. The faulty device wasn't their fault at all, but yet still made right! So 4🌟 for the device, & 5+🌟 for PuffingMaster! Ruby Twist is a must buy, after reading about it on reddit I had to try it for myself. Way healthier way to consume your flower, once you try it there's no going back lol.

New color came super fast had an issue with a coil and they fixed me.

Quick and clean package. Got here in a little over two weeks just before Christmas and was only in customs for a day. The device was packed thick and clean to prevent breakage. The device itself was charged and clean, ready to use. The only problem is it's hard to clean the glass pipe attachment, but other than that it's amazing. It fits in my pocket and even has a compartment for a dab on the go built-in.
