Kathy worked with me through every step of the process, even gathering extra information and videos from the supplier for me. Additionally, she sent me replacement parts to solve my problem at no additional cost to myself. The product is excellent, and the customer service is even better. Crossing core XL with the joystick is fire!!! Well worth! I picked it up in November of last year and have used it every day since.

The customer service is what gets the 5 stars for sure! Got my items in about 10days. I ordered the Crossing Core XL joystick and love it. I feel like I was wasting oils and waxes for years with my manual rig. It even came with a free 2in1 herb/oil vape pen.
I'm not going to lie I had my doubts but Kathy in customer service walked me through it and even checked in on occasion to let me know the status of my order and to see if I was satisfied with the product.

Good company good business fast shipping. Amazed at how quickly my unit arrived from china, both times I purchased from them. I’m talking 10 business days or less. I was a little disappointed I couldn’t get a refund for my battery that was deteriorating quicker than it should but I also admit I am a medical patient who smokes almost a gram of high grade hash oil a day and really wear and tear my unit and it still holds up really well. They still made it right and gave me a generous discount on a new base. The Devore I purchased from them and use is the crossing code xl and I absolutely love it and will never go back to puffco or another over priced brand. Amazing product and will be ordering some accessories from you guys soon. Their customer service is bar none some of the best customer service I have ever seen. As long as they continue carrying crossing core products I will be a customer for life.

I got my merchandise super early and it was as expected as I have a core already jus wanted a just in case lol and the dab pen was an added bonus I’m so happy with my products can’t wait to try the little pen thanks again you all are great and fast to get things out 😆

Very happy with the overall experience. The person I talked to kept in touch the whole time and actually had conversations with me. Yes it came from China but it took about a week so worth it. No extra taxes or anything. Don't worry about buying from them.

Customer service is genuinely so amazing. They walked me through the entire process since after I received the tracking number at first it was invalid and I was worried. I may also add that the speed X tracking / mailing company is very confusing so just make sure you stay in contact with PuffingMaster if you have issues ! They are so helpful and kept my mind at ease during the process. Everything works amazing and was bubble wrapped extremely well there was no worries of anything being damaged.
