So I ordered a piece on Dec 7th not even thinking about holiday mail backing up. These guys kept me informed where my package was and why it was taking some extra time. The customer service was excellent. The piece I ordered was so cool, works very well and I am completely satisfied with my puffingmaster experience.

Absolutely amazing, the shipping took a while, but it was coming from a different country than the one I live in. Costumer service was helpful, kept updating me, and was extremely kind and helpful!
