Joined for Fall 2025–Spring 2026. Compared with HMSA, the UH-endorsed plan that never replied to my emails, PSI has been quick and helpful in their email responses. I haven’t needed to use the insurance yet, but their responsiveness gives me confidence they’ll handle things properly if I ever have to file a claim.

Very easy with all guidelines!

Odette helped me with the process and any customization I may need for my plan. I found it difficult to find VT specific plans since they have extensive requirements, but PSI helped me attain the plan at a feasible rate, and also with the process to attain my waiver.

PSI has been a great company to have insurance with. Although they are not as popular as other insurance providers, their process is clear, trustworthy and easy to follow. I enrolled my daughter who will be studying in the US this year in the PSI health insurance program. I wrote some emails because I had questions and I have to say I was impressed that it never took more than 1 or 2 hours for an answer, even on a Sunday. So service is really fantastic and the people are really nice and helpful. I also like the App because it’s practical and easy to use. Very happy I chose PSI.
