Super cool app. I like it so much

All their reviews are fake. This is not even a legit company so how are their website still working? I spent £100+ with them and not a single item has been sent to me and I have received no communication from them about my order. I've been scammed so do your best and stay away from this company.

I have an order from you that was not honored 12371. I contacted my lawyer who will sue you for fraud. If my money is not returned within 24 hours I promise you will pay compensation not as you imagine. I'll find you anywhere

Ordered Sweat Sauna Neoprene in Black for £17.99 ftom prowaist.
It has a very poor quality, not worth the money I paid. The fabric is cheap, thin and hasn't got enough flexibility.

AWFUL. I ordered a waist trainer 27th October, they sent the wrong one. It's taken until 4th December to receive the replacement and again it's the wrong one. The one they sent is not even on their website. They are refusing to refund and I have now opened a dispute through paypal. Customer service is a joke. P.s how to spot a fake review. They all tend to be done on the same day and they give exceptionally high praise. Dont believe the good reviews.

Avoid! They do not send you the item you order the colours you ask for! Poor customer service! They charge £2 fee for taking the item back and it’s their error! If I could have give O stars i would have. Worst company to buy from!

Absolutely abysmal service. Item failed to arrive , customer service is appalling, no help whatsoever. I would highly recommend that you shop elsewhere. UPDATE. if you are going to use the delivery date as evidence please include the date of purchase. I purchased on 15.11.20, and was told 5/7 days delivery. I stand by my review.

To be honest the waist trainer was all good until the plastic rods started poking out of it. I contacted the support team who told me there’s nothing they could do and should just purchase a new one which is ridiculous. Very unhappy with the service I’ve received. Definitely wouldn’t purchase from here again.

Scammers!
I bought a product online. They sent me something completely else so I decided to make a complaint. They promised to send me a correct product and gave me the confirmation of sending. After a week I emailed them again as nothing arrived. They replied with another (different) confirmation. They product has never arrived. It’s impossible to talk to them over the phone as they do not pick up the phone. Basically they stole my £44.

Lovely experience their live chat is superb and they could help me find what I wanted (cus I am curvy) so easily. So in love with this brand !!

I wasn't impressed with my garment and it was one of the more expensive ones too. If you're thinking of buying one, buy at your own risk. I would also recommend getting a size smaller than that recommended in the size guide. I don't know why this company doesn't make it more clear how to make exchanges or refunds on their website. Waste of time for everyone having to contact their support email! It's all about extending the time so that your return item is late. Also how is it okay that they have a 14 day return policy. I thought by law it was 28 days in the UK. I chose not to send back my garment for a smaller size because other reviews put me off. I thought better a non perfect garment than none at all!

Please do not ignore this!!! I placed an order for prowaist last month for next day delivery, it didnt arrive, neither was I sent tracking, I immediately contacted customer service via email as none of their numbers get answered.(strange) anyway, I was apologised to and informed the products I ordered are not available for next day delivery and I will receive them the following week and be refund the cost for shipping. I explained politely and clearly to the agent that doesnt work for me as I ordered it express delivery for a reason, and to keep the order and refund me. Next day I get sent an email saying it actually was delivered after being told it's not available and they sent me a picture of numbers not even a signature, I explained that's not my signature and if they can look into this asap. I even went to all my neighbours who are very trust worthy all confirmed what I already knew they didnt get it. I requested to speak to a manager as now I was being offered a new order to be sent to me and i refused as 1. My experience up to that part was awful and shocking and 2. I went and purchased a way more expensive trainer from my gym after that order didnt come. I finally got to speak to a manager who explained the reason they dont give refunds is because customers orders show delivered but they request refunds. In a nut shell this man was insinuating I'm lying. He then offered to refund one trainer back and send the other product. I said to him clearly once again, I do not want your products as I am not prepared to support this company. And even if you send the product, I will just send it back unopened for a refund as we are entitled to. After days and days of emails , shockingly he then says he will raise an investigation with royal mail. So all along when they were refusing my refund insinuating I received it and was lying, they didnt even check with royal mail. It's been four days since i was told they will be in touch after three days, i will add to this review with the outcome, but reading from lots of reviews here on trust pilot in terms of exchanges, returns and refunds, my case is not new, this is a common practice of theirs. Please take reviews seriously cause there is something seriously wrong going on here.

I ordered the sport waist trainer from this website a few months ago and when it arrived, it broke within 3 DAYS of using it. I emailed them proof that it was faulty and they offered to send me a replacement that never came. A month later, I emailed them back asking where my replacement was and they said they were going to send a 'new replacement' meaning the first one was never sent. Now, after another month of waiting for a replacement, I am trying to request my money back and they are denying me a refund. Horrid customer service.
