Customer service is poor. Delivery says 2-4 days it is well over that now and have received no updates and still no parcel.
Tried calling/emailing everyday for the past week and no response!!
Don’t be fooled by all the reviews on their website, it doesn’t allow you to add a negative one.
Please don’t waist your money on this company

I have to mention that Ive had an amazing exprience. My order arrived quick and when changing sizes it has been a free hassle process thanks to their customer service.Xx

Awful customer service. Been trying to replace/refund an item they've received back since 4th April. Which they claim they haven't received - proof of delivery states otherwise. Poor service.

Update - I have now received my replacement item. Waist trainer is good - size L was my fit although their sizing guide put me in XXL.

This so called company isn't worthy of even one star!!!

I ordered a Pro waist black zip hook waist trainer on 4th April 2021. Process and delivery was second to none.

HOWEVER, it wasn't until I wanted to exchange the item for a bigger size as the one I had ordered didn't fit, that they fell completely short of professional and reputable!!

I completed online contact form which informs you they will get back to you within 24-48 hours... LIES!! To date and after several emails and phone calls to a number that is not currently in use (SURPRISE SUPRISE) I haven't heard a single thing so there is £50 down the drain!!. THANKS so much for that "PRO WAIST" in this day and age where people are struggling due to COVID.

I then decided to research reviews and found on here that so many people have had the same experience as me which is absolutely disgusting and disgraceful.

PLEASE, if you want a wait trainer then go somewhere else. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I purchased it and Read the reviews of the company here after, i panicked and that that ive been scammed, i e-mail Them and they where soo kind, i got My waist trainee today and i LOVE it, this is not a scammer site

Really happy with my order overall. My hips started to get shape real quick, lol. Love it!

I ordered my waist trainer and after a week of waiting didn't receive no correspondence or anything. I wrote them on Sunday and received a response same day apologising for system error and offered me refund or continue with my order. I wanted my order and next day received notification that my order is on way and received my order on Wednesday. I might be wrong but I think it is someones side business where the person is trying their best. Therefore am very happy and will definitely order again if needed. We shall support small and medium businesses rather than big brands. Well done prowaist. Thank you

I know that there have been a lot of bad reviews for this company but I’ve actually had a really positive experience!

I received my item but unfortunately it was too small, so I emailed them straight away and they came back to me within minutes with details of how to do an exchange. They gave me their address and I sent it back first class (signed for so I could track it).. I emailed them again to say that I had received notification that it had been delivered and again they emailed me back within minutes to thank me and asked me what size I would like to exchange it for and that they will process it today for me. So thank you to Nestle for all your help!

I’m really happy with the service I’ve been provided and personally I would recommend them 🙂

I have still not received my order, after 2 months and countless emails to inquire my item’s where abouts

I had to leave a positive review, I’m seeing good results with my waist trainer.

Dear Prowaist team,
I informed you on 25th January that I needed to return this item (as it is too big). I have checked my consumer rights and I am entitled to a refund if I inform you within 14 days of receiving the item, which I did, and if I send it back to you within the following 14 days. (As you did not provide any return instructions with the order and you refuse to provide the address by email), I have posted the item to you at 85 Great Portland Street, First Floor, London, England, W1W 7LT.

Please can you let me know when I will receive a refund?

The only way to get your money back is to contact your bank and they will handle it for you.

I bought a waist trainer, not knowing my partner had bought the same thing for my birthday. I tried to return it but more than 14 days had elapsed so the company said I was stuck with it. Poor customer service. Won't be using again.

TERRIBLE COMPANY. Bad experience.

I ordered a waist trainer as a Christmas present and it came on time, but the size was too big so I sent it back for an exchange at the beginning of January and I still haven’t received a waist trainer nor a refund. I’ve gone back and fourth with them about tracking numbers, I’ve asked for a refund and they’ve said they’ll send another one out and o haven’t received another tracking number or a response from them. Just an overall terrible experience.
I’m now seeking a full refund.

Just save your time and energy, find a different company to give your money to

Very satisfied with my waist trainer. Order a Hook Black Latex following the size chart and I got the exact thing I was looking for. Good job!

They sent me the wrong item, it had only 4 steel bones in it not 9. They admitted they sent the wrong item but couldn't provide a return label to me because I was not sending it back from the UK. They have stopped replying to my emails now.
Don't buy from them if you don't live in the UK!!!

Great shop, got my shapewear really quick and I really like it, it completely worth, the shape I will get has no price. 🍀 Wish all the health to everybody during this pandemic❤️

Had proper experience with prowaist. Got my work out waist trainer and really helped me to get fit during this lockdown. I wouldn’t have thought that it would work, but it did! 😚

I’ve been waiting for an order. It seems this is sharp practice. There is no phone number. There’s only one email address. Although there is no responses. Three months waiting on an order. I have sent multiple emails. No respond.
The good reviews clearly to be made up. On the five stats reviews says very good. If there is no one to respond how would client receive an email to put a review. Please be aware. I’m going to report it to other relevant fraud investigators.

Also note all their five star reviews done next to each other on the same days almost. This is to push the one star reviews all the way down so people wouldn’t see them.
