Fantastic service from start to finish. The website was very easy to use when submitting my initial enquiry. I was contacted quickly to arrange an appointment. The technician was able to work around my availability and still attend within 24 hours. Pricing was fair and I was updated at every stage of the repair. We had repairs to both the fridge freezer and oven. Highly satisfied with the service, pricing and speed of repair.

They were able to arrive promptly and Richard did the necessary repairs without fuss while making sure we knew why and what he was doing. They've got four stars only because for five they'd need to have done the work for free. Excellent service.
