In 1998, Propstore founder Stephen Lane’s love for movies led him to hunt for the same props and costumes used to create his favorite films. He found that he could provide collectors with access to their most coveted pieces and establish archival standards for this new, pop-culture hybrid of fine art and memorabilia collecting - prop art.
Since 2014, Propstore has regularly hosted live auctions featuring some of the world’s greatest Entertainment Memorabilia treasures. Der Ablauf war alles in allem einfach.
Den Versand finde ich schon was teuer aber ist ja aus dem Vereinigten Königreich.
Das Paket war sehr gut verpackt.
Das Zertifikat ist Professionell gemacht.
Es gab in den Artikelbildern ein Bild von der Unterzeichnung. Ich hätte mit noch gewünscht das dieses Foto beiliegt. Da ich damals kein Bildschirmfoto gemacht habe ist es leider nicht mehr da.
Mein Tipp wenn sie etwas kaufen wollen, machen sie ein Bildschirmfoto. Man weiß ja nie.

The item was great and as described. Some of the communcation was slower and less caring then it should have been and there was a customs issue that took longer than need be to be resolved.

Everything was perfect, except for the long delay in shipping my items. I waited 5 weeks, which is really way too long. You must correct that to keep me coming back.

I haven’t received the item I won back…
I haven’t received the item I won back in May- it was shipped at the end of June and now is stuck in customs in Memphis. The needed paperwork should be initially sent with the item and not sent after. FedEx won’t let me talk to them or log-in to add the paperwork that you filled out. I’ll originally bought the item for my child’s birthday in June not knowing it wouldn’t be sent for 5 weeks after purchase and now stuck in customs.

While all required export paperwork is completed before an item leaves us, there are occasions where Customs or FedEx request additional documentation once the shipment is already in transit. As soon as we were made aware of the request, we completed and returned the required paperwork to help avoid any further delays, to which you were cc'd.
We also appreciate your comments regarding the shipping timeframe. As an auction house, some items do require additional post-sale processing before they can be dispatched, but we understand this wasn't the experience you were hoping for.
We are continuing to work with FedEx and will do everything we can to help get your shipment released and delivered as quickly as possible. Thank you again for your patience, and we're sorry for the disappointment this has caused.

Love everything but two things. Buyers Premium is high and the slow shipping
I own a retail business and I ship alot. Same day shipping is a must with my company. I understand that props are more difficult to box and an auction ends in the same day. But, to take a month to ship something as small as my item is really odd to me. When it comes to items like this, efficient and safe shipping will keep your customers super happy. Love what you guys do though. Look forward to my next prop from you guys.

Was a great experience with Propstore from start to finish. The auction process itself was enjoyable, with bidding being incredibly easy. Communication both during and after the auction was terrific, especially giving a second chance on lots that didn’t make their reserve amount. International shipping from the UK to the USA was very reasonably priced and quite fast considering how much effort was needed to package the goods before shipping could even occur. And speaking of packaging, the care that Propstore took in packaging some very fragile, very easy to damage, paper-based posters was fantastic! Very professional from start to finish. I’m looking forward to future auctions!

I bought a sword from the Beowulf TV series, I had worked on the series as a security guard so it was nice to be able to own something from a program I had worked on
I was pleased when it arrived because it was in good condition considering it was 10 years old.

Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear that you were unable to see our previous emails.
Having reviewed the correspondence, I can see that my colleague replied on 28 May, just a few days after the auction. In her email, she explained that we were experiencing delays due to the completion of a particularly large auction and that we would do our best to process your order as quickly as possible.
That said, if those emails did not reach you, I completely understand why the lack of updates would have been frustrating.
After investigating further, it appears that the shipping cost for one of your items could not be calculated automatically due to its size. On occasion, our automated quoting system is unable to generate a shipping quote for larger items, which can, unfortunately, cause delays while a manual quotation is arranged. This appears to have been the reason for the delay in your case.
I can see that my colleague has since been in contact with you and that the shipping has now been arranged and paid for.
Your order has now been passed to our shipping team and will be dispatched shortly. Please keep an eye on your inbox for your tracking information, which will be sent as soon as your parcel is on its way.
