Property Searches Direct Limited Anmeldelser

Simple to order searches. Quick result. No complaints whatsoever

Excellent service and quicker than expected. Mike was great with communicating also

From start to finish PSD have been an absolute joy to deal with and I can't recommend them highly enough.

About 30 seconds after placing my order online I had a call from Daniel just to confirm the details were correct and to explain how the process works. Everything was stress free and I received ALL my searches (including local) within 7 days.

Daniel also helped clear up issues, queries and mistakes made by my conveyancer and has absolutely the fastest response time of any company I've ever dealt with.

If anyone is weighing up the option of getting your searches carried out directly vs waiting for your solicitor I absolutely suggest you take this route instead, it's both faster and cheaper. Even if your solicitor suggests otherwise!

I used Property Searches Direct for my holiday let in the Cotswolds, and I have to say the service I Received was absolutely fantastic particularly Daniel Hamilton-Charlton.

I was kept up to speed every step of the way, the searches were fast and even when there was a slight issue with one of the searches they put as much resource behind as possible to get it sorted.

Really recommend these guys if you need property searches, they will turn it around quickly and keep you updated via email or telephone every step of the way!!

We're in the process of moving home and chose to use Property Searches Direct to perform all searches for the house we're buying as we were warned of a long wait for the local authority search in the area we're moving to and this allowed us to get the process kicked off sooner.
Communication was great with a courtesy call after we submitted the order, regular emailed updates and responses to our questions often within minutes.
Getting the searches sent to us at the same time as our solicitor also allowed us to get reassurance that things were progressing and that nothing negative was being found.

The most easiest and efficient way to get the searches for your potential property to be sorted out.
Must recommend to everyone looking to conduct searches for the their potential buy.

Ordered a ground report for a property I made an offer on due to concerns about the findings in the searches. Was very relieved with the Terraferma report which was delivered within 2 days. Would use this service again.

I requested an Energy & Infrastructure report relating to a property I am in the process of buying.

After online submission and payment I received a phone call within 10 minutes confirming the details I had requested.

I was told it could take up to 48 hours for the report but I received it in under an hour.

It showed me exactly what I was looking to get answered in a clear and concise way.

Excellent service.

Simply Brilliant

I used them to get searches for a property I was buying. Solicitors faff and make noises about how long this takes. I had all of the information, including local searches within 2 weeks. Some were same day. On a Sunday.

One day I hope that more of the property legal system will be this easy and convenient.

Quick and easy. Loved how it allowed me to take control into my own hands when so much of the process feels out of your control. Also ensured that I was able to view timelines, and improve upon them, in a way that I couldn't see how to otherwise. Really helpful and would definitely recommend

Can not be more happy with the service that I received from these guys.
Had searches done in the most professional and amazingly quick time.
Really easy to deal with and the whole process was a joy when it can be such a pain. Well done 👍🏻highly recommended!

It was easy to order the searches we needed, all was clear and understandable. We received the documents very quickly, straight away to the solicitor, so we didn’t have to send them out. And we got even a phone call confirmation, which surprised me even more how efficient this service works. During the process of buying our new house, this part was one of the quickest and noncomplicated. Thank you.

Easy and clear to purchase and excellent customer service, recommend

Excellent service, as soon as the order was placed online i was called to confirm it. The searches were delivered directly to my inbox and copied to my solicitor. It was a quick and efficient way to obtain the searches and would recommend their services

Fantastic service! Sped up our conveyancing process by about 4-6 previous weeks. We ordered them on the same day when putting the house on the market with EweMove. We never knew before that you as a vendor or a buyer may order the searches on your own and be ahead of the game, saving the anxiety when solicitors don’t communicate so swiftly, you know exactly when all the searches come in, you get them by email at the same time when your (their) solicitor gets them. The buyers will still pay for them unless you use it as a bargaining point. Thank you Mike and Daniel for the fantastic communication all the way through to getting all the searches in.

Excellent helpful and prompt service. They called to clarify a couple of points to make sure we had what we needed.
Highly recommend.

Very efficient- super quick and personal touch (called to check boundaries and plan!). Even estate agents were like, wow they are good and on it!

Delivered ahead of time.
Easy to order.
Great price.
Great customer service.
Could not recommend highly enough.

I required a site environmental report to satisfy a condition on a structural warranty we are putting on a barn conversion project. I went on line and filled in the details. As the site is not that straight forward and is somewhat confusing One of your agents telephoned me and with the site area up on my computer we were able to discuss what extent of the land was included. This was very useful and informative.

Would 100% recommend and use again.

All queries responded to very quickly (even on a Sunday evening)
