Property Searches Direct Limited Anmeldelser

A great experience from a supportive team who were only too willing to share their extensive knowledge with any query you may have. Super fast, comprehensive results. My ownly down is that I won't be able to use them until my next move. Will certainly recommend their services.

Undersold themselves and over delivered, great company, would use again!

Outstanding service! From the moment we placed our order online (which was very easy to do), we were impressed by PSDs fantastic customer service as they kept us informed every step of the way. We were thrilled with the speed, quality and accessibility of the information they provided us with, and we will be recommending them to everyone we know. PSD were truly brilliant and have helped to make our first house buying experience a quick, effective and positive one. We will always order our searches through PSD in the future, thank you!

Super fast and amazingly helpful service. When I next buy a property, I’m coming back. So much quicker than waiting on my solicitor to manage this part of the conveyancing process. Thank you!!

I used Property Searches Direct for a local search last month and once again, the service they provided was just way beyond expectation. Mike called me within 5 minutes after I placed the order online, just before he had to go into a meeting, to assure me it would be done as quickly as it possibly can. He called me back a couple of hours later, wanted to reconfirm the exact location of the flat: the flat was within a large purpose built block, so he wanted to make sure the local search would be done to a more precise location, as the building covers a long stretch of the main road. I really appreciate the care Mike and the Property Searches team have put into dealing with their customers. Highly recommended and thank you!

Highly recommend. We would never purchase our searches through the solicitor in future.
Very easy to use and the customer service is 5 star. Thank you for all your help

Used this company for a search on my own property as i was just interested in the results. Very impressive on the quantity, quality and speed of the information supplied. I suspect, if you have the time and knowledge, you could get the same information free of charge off the internet. For, currently £65, it seems a fair price and i suppose it could go a long way in helping you decide in a purchase of a property. The only slight criticism is the information presented is slightly confusing, but i suppose this is a legal document at the end of the day.

Absolutely outstanding level of customer service, and recently conversed with Daniel telling him so. Needed a quick turnaround and immediate visibility of the search reports in order to progress the bridge funding for a commercial property purchase. PSD were able to set-up a tailored solution that directly met my requirements and made the entire process simple and painless.

Couldn’t recommended any more highly and frankly will be the only place I go to obtain this kind of service in the future.

Great contact from start to finish, Dan even call Sunday morning to confirm order details.

Day after having offer accepted we engaged with PSD, received all searches after 16 days. Contracts for exchange received three weeks after offer, PSD I feel help this along.

Brilliant experience

Very prompt service, helpful and professional throughout.

I have used Property Searches Direct for local searches for a number of properties I was interested in and the service they provided was excellent! They actually called me on a few occasions just to update me on the progress of the searches, along with an expected date of when the search might come back; a great professional service with some nice personal touches. On one occasion, they even called me just to make sure I had not paid twice for a search my lawyer had also placed. It was a very pleasant and unexpected surprise that further highlights they take customer care very seriously. These are real people who take the initiative to call you rather than the usual monotone robot at the end of the line! Would highly recommend!

The service and speed of returned searches from this company was superb and very comforting when time is the essence !! We are talking days, even hours for some of them .
I am a delighted client and would highly recommend .
This is definitely the future when property searches are required in now a fraction of the time .

This company was quick and efficient, having a thorough knowledge of the searches available and able to give immediate and useful advice. Pricing was clear and regular information was given for arrival dates.

This was quick, easy and easy to understand, the certificate arrived the very day after request was sent. Within minutes of it being sent a member of staff rang to clarify a detail and the phone conversation was pleasant and informative. I am very pleased with the service and the courtesy to which I was treated during the transaction. Well satisfied. Thank you

Nothing short of excellent service with very good response time in providing reports as well as dealing with my queries. I would highly recommend PSD

Genuine, professional and friendly service! Highly recommended

Trying to get my purchase completed before the Stamp Duty deadline, and my own conveyancer had given me a duration for search completion that would have missed that deadline (costing me a load of money). Contacted PSD, who responded straight away, and they gave me a duration for the searches that would enable me to meet the deadline (and save a load of money!). Then found out the very next day that the searches had been completed by my own conveyancer, and no longer needed PSD to complete the searches. Happy to say I received a full refund!

Although PSD did not need to carry out the searches in the end, will definitely use again next time, for reliable search durations and peace of mind

These guys are fabulous, I cannot rate them highly enough. I’ve had a run of bad luck on the property purchase front and they’ve gone above and beyond to help me out, even to the point of putting a bespoke package together as searches bought from a previous buyer were only basic ones. The searches these guys provide are upgraded, in depth and far superior than those offered by most Solicitors which then require the buyer to purchase additional searches if full information is required. They also come back within a day to two with only the Local Search taking longer. Won’t use anyone else in the future. Keep up the good work!

Could not recommend property searches direct enough! Excellent customer service and were available any time or day I messaged them with any queries! Helped speed up the process for me by so much time! In total it took 9 days for all of my searches to come back which is incredible! Amazing service and would recommend to anybody ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
