As a tenant, I recently started renting a property advertised as pet friendly. However, upon moving in I discovered the communal garden is not pet friendly, despite there being no signs indicating it as such, and the agent confirming it was pet friendly. I have a service dog so it is very important to me to rent a pet friendly property. I have tried calling on 4 separate occasions to explain the situation, and was told I would receive a call back, and never did. I then e-mailed and was told I would receive a response by the end of the day - which I haven't. Almost 2 weeks later and I've received a response they are offering me a generous offer of only 50% of my deposit back when moving out early, due to their error!

I got a call from Andrew (Seemungal) if I have property to rent, even I was not ready to make a decision on this, within an hour we met, on the same day he arranged 3 viewings and within 3 days I got a very good tenant!
It was very smooth, easy and fast.

This is how letting a property Should work. Great straightforward app. Lower fees than high-street agents. In my case the property was viewed, agreed and let within 24hrs. Very happy.

Elizabeth was absolutely great and had helped us through finding and onboarding the tenants.

Tenancy team - It was all downhill when we had to deal with the tenancy team. They have been absolutely unprofessional and unwilling to help during tenancy renewal.

1. Tenancy team did not want to take any responsibility in reaching out to tenants during the renewal, let alone being proactive.

2. They kept asking for electricity safety certificate in spite of it being uploaded to the portal months and months ago. They did not even bother to check even after I told them that it is on their portal and kept asking for it.

3. Tenancy team failed to transfer the rent and kept saying that tenants have not signed the agreement even though tenant had signed the agreement 5 days ago and rent was paid into their account 4 days ago. Rent is overdue by 5 days and it is us who are chasing instead of the tenancy team!

4. Not only there has been no proactive action on their side but also we had to chase at least a few times before they would respond with bare minimum information. They would not even sign the emails with the name / contact details so you don't even know who you are dealing with, which is basic email etiquette.

Didn't end up using their service but was very impressed with how Charlotte handled things - and they're very reasonably priced compared to many other lettings agents. Will keep in touch...

I have moved few of my central London properties to propertyloop, all are rented out within a week. The staff here is much more responsive and proactive than the traditional agencies i am using. Highly recommend.

We are first time landlords and used property loop as our tenant finding agency.

We had been with another agency before we went with property loop, that only managed to organise 2 viewings in 4 weeks. Getting very frustrated, we decided to switch to property loop as it was recommended by a friend.

This was the best decision we ever made. They found us an amazing tenant, after being on the market for only 9 hours! 3 days later the referencing was done and the tenancy agreement was drawn up.
