This pillow is fabulous, I chose the side sleeper based on the simple test on the website and was not disappointed. I feel like Goldilocks, it is not too soft and it is not too firm, it is just right! The shape of this pillow means it sits perfectly in the crook of my neck between my head and shoulder without sinking or losing its shape. I have also noticed a slight improvement in my neck and back pain in the mornings which I can only contribute to the shape and design of the pillow. I highly recommend this pillow and company.

I like my pillow a lot (back sleeper). It’s quite firm compared to what I’m used to but shapes well and I think it’ll get better and better the more I use it.

I was really impressed by the quality of the packaging including a card from the owner and an information leaflet about my specific pillow. The pillow itself came in a tote bag so looked new and fresh on arrival.

The instructions were clear to let the pillow plump out for a few hours so by the time I was ready to use, it had settled into the right shape.

Whilst slightly firm to start, the memory foam meant the pillow adapted to my position over the next few nights and it supported my neck well. Would definitely order again from this company.

Bought the Back Sleeper! Arrived with a thoughtful thank-you message from the company founder, along with some helpful guidance about the pillow, which was a lovely touch and rounded off the company's great communication. The pillow itself is excellent quality, as is the packaging. It arrived vacuum-packed, so I gave it a good plumping after opening it, and by that night the filling had settled nicely. Pillow is a little firmer than most pillows I've experienced, but it provides a great support to sleep on my back and also propped up to watch movies on my phone.

I would highly recommend buying a pillow from this company. Firstly, the website is excellent. You get asked a series of questions which directs you to the ideal pillow for your needs.

'Proper Pillow' sums up this perfect rectangle of joy. It fits all my requirements and exceeded my expectations. I have tried pillows from other companies in the past and I have always been disappointed. I was hesitant to try again. I was taken with the Proper Pillow website particularly as it is interactive. It asks various questions (do you sleep on your side, front, back etc) and dependent on your answers it will recommend a specific pillow. Not only that but the pillow is adjustable (you can play around with its height.). The way the pillow supports my head makes it feel buoyed, as if it's floating. My only regret is not having found this site sooner.

After many months of neck and shoulder pain I tried the side sleeper pillow. The neck support is amazing! Thank you to The Proper Pillow co.

Had my pillow for a week and sleeping brilliantly. Its not easy to get a pillow for a front sleeper, especially one that is modifiable (it comes with a pocket so you can empty out some of the foam to your preferred fullness - goldilocks softness!)
