I was supported and advised about retirement funds, legal insurances and disability occupation By Maximillian Sieger. He went out of the way to support me and also translated all the documents in English for my ease. During the process we had regular calls and Maximillain would always take out his time and explain everything to me in very easy steps. The work from the team is great, straight to the point and with a clear strategy. They are truly competent and have helped me simplify my experience of being a foreigner in Germany. I wanted to build a strategy to be financially independent in the future and save taxes by investing smartly. I have to say, luckily I've found the 100% matching company to guide me in the form of Proper API. I had a wonderful experience with Christian (Klingsporn), who carefully designed me a customised plan according to my needs and guiding me through each step. He answered all my questions and was never pushy to sell their products, letting me decide what I need and what I don't need.

I had a concern on the committing timeline for the investments and insurances I chose because at the moment of discussion I had already planned financial commitment and I wanted to start things as late as possible. He accommodated that too suggesting me the best possible dates at the latest to start and taking care of all the things smoothly.

Add to that I needed to take a small loan to take care of an urgent thing and of course also to build up a positive credit score (SCHUFA) which is indeed useful in the future. But as I'm new in Germany it was hard to get the approval by myself due to limited history I have in Germany. But Christian helped me with that too by involving in the process of loan application.

So to sum things up, I 100% recommend Proper API and I'm completely satisfied by their competency and professionalism. Add to that it is very difficult to get good support in any field in English within Germany, which Proper API excels in every possible way.
