I recently had the pleasure of working with Proper API to purchase my first investment property for rental purposes, and I couldn't be happier with the experience.

From the initial consultation with Lukas to signing the contract and then collaborating with Pierre, the entire team provided exceptional support every step of the way. They helped me evaluate all my options over a 10-year horizon, considering tax benefits, cash flow, and overall profit. Their expertise made it easy to navigate the complexities of the German bureaucracy, including notary appointments, tax evaluations with an auditor, and property rental management.

What I appreciated most was their hands-on approach—perfect for busy individuals, so I did not have to get hands-on. Beyond visiting the property and attending the official notary appointment, I didn’t need to handle much else. They handled everything with professionalism and care, including negotiating with the seller (which worked out in my favor!) and ensuring the seller upheld their obligations post-sale. They also made sure that the property was rented out the same month as well.

Their property portfolio is constantly updated, offering a variety of options to fit your needs. There was no hard selling, and their patience throughout the process was commendable. They even helped me secure bank financing for the property.
I asked every dumb question I could think of to understand the process since this was my first investment. Pierre never seemed frustrated at my questions and took time to seriously explain everything and even followed up by email and whatsapp regularly.
