Tony and his team were friendly and professional throughout the entire process. During the move itself, his staff were not only extremely efficient but they were also careful with our furniture and the floors of our new home (setting down carpet protectors). They also assembled our furniture in record time. They were very polite throughout, and it made the day so much easier and stress-free! Highly recommend the Promover team!

There was so much to stress about this recent move but Tony and his guys were brilliant. They were on time; packed up an hour before their estimate; went above and beyond and responded to some challenges on the day we hadn't anticipated. I highly recommend them whether you are doing a long-distance move or staying local. The best bit: their price was fixed from their first visit (back in June) and was considerably less than their nearest competitor. Go Promovers!

Tony and the team were superb. Seemless experience booking and very competitive prices vs other companies. The team were on time, super friendly, efficient and considerate. The packing was quick but everything was superbly protected and labelled clearly. In the new house the team protected carpets and very quickly got boxes into the right rooms and rebuilt furniture. A fantastic experience - we will use again and highly recommend for anyone moving house.

I cannot speak highly enough of Anatolij and his team. From the initial phone call to unpacking at the new property, the whole team went above and beyond to complete our move in an organised, careful and stress free manner. Communication was fantastic throughout the process and everything was planned meticulously before the move.

The team attended our property two days prior to the move to pack wardrobes and other large items. Moving day was run so efficiently with the team packing all remaining items perfectly as well as disassembling furniture for the move. At the new property, everything was placed in the correct room and furniture reassembled perfectly. All artwork was protected very carefully using specialist materials.

There was no damage to any of our possessions and I would 100% use the team again. I cannot reiterate just how professional and patient the whole team were and it was a joy to have them around on what can be an extremely stressful day!!

Wonderful service, we went for the full package and it made our house move a pleasure. Everything was wrapped with care, they even came especially to remove all the boxes when we are done. We love people who are passionate about what they do and what a pleasure to have such lovely people in our home, they even bought my wife a bottle of prosecco as moving day was also her birthday. 6 out of 5 stars from us!

From start to finish, the promover team were incredibly professional in handling a move during this time. They were fully aware of the working requirements and handled the process so professionally. They supplied high quality packing materials and managed to estimate the amount within a single spare box.
The day of the move was stress free, and that's the best thing you could ask for. The team were fantastic with handling furniture as well as boxes, including disassembly and reassembly of some sizeable IKEA items.
Highly recommend and would definitely use them again.

What a professional job we had last Saturday with the Promover Team. They arrived 15min earlier, just to ensure everything was in place. Anatolij introduced me his team for the day and they were my correct and polite all the time, asking me where everything goes. They were so quick loading the van, but having extra care with everything, nothing was damaged. There were a few items that need disassembling and they took care of everything, even an Ikea wardrobe which was put back together again with no problem. The trip was fast and they put everything in the new house as requested and always asking where in doubt. The booking process was also very professional, Anatolij call me via Skype to have a look on all we need to move and he provided a very competitive quote. The payment was via card after the removal was completed, which I prefer as I normally don't carry cash.
I would definitely recommend the Promover Team for your next removal, they are professional, very hard workers and very nice people indeed! If above of all, you are not convince, then their competitive prices will do the rest.

The whole process from the initial survey and quote, to the packing of our belongings, to the day of removal was undertaken with the utmost care and professionalism. Our move was not that simple and there were a few changes of plan along the way but Tony made sure everything went smoothly. I hope we won't be moving for a while but when we do I'll know who to call!

Easy bookings, punctual pick ups and drop offs, great communication and excellent service.
I found them always willing to go that extra mile, for example offering to help me carry items up stairs or to wait for me when I've been delayed.

So sorry for the long day for the team as I haven’t packed the way they have advised me. The guys were very polite and helpful. Thanks a lot to Tony and Tommy !
