Totally useless company …
Totally useless company would not recommend you to anyone after sales service doe's not exist reported a leak on 13/3/2026 water coming in my loft 3 days later some came to have a look no repair done still waiting just full of laim excuses you offer £500 to recommend you to someone else i would not recommend you to anyone for the full price of the job

Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible. Installation of solar panels and EV charger was supposed to take 1 day. They left without fitting the charger so I had a dead EV I couldn’t charge. They said it would be over a week to fit it. I spent most of the next day on the phone to them. They promised they would come the following afternoon and phone me first. They came in the morning with no phone call and I missed them. 3 phone calls later I’m no further forward. Avoid this company.

I am not sure how the works are done as I stopped at thr initial step when they were insisting on getting private confidential information. Would never try to deal with this company again. Unprofessional and inapropriate behavior.

Engineer RICKIE excelllent
Rickie was very efficient and sorted our problem in less than 15 mins. He was very reassuring about the system and the issue and deserves 5*.
However , we had asked for pm call and he arrived at 8am just before we were due to leave for another appointment … he hadn’t been told this and also had incorrect information about what the problem was!! Clearly people in base office need to improve their communication with engineers on call out!

I was booked for installation for 3…
I was booked for installation for 3 times. 2 booking were cancelled wirhout informing me and I had cancelled appointments because of the installation. I waited for severall hours on both days and had to ring and was told the appointments were cancelled. Cancellations are inevitable but proper communication with your client is key.

Installed 9 panels
Installed 9 panels, the inverter and battery in a 3 storey property in less than 1 day. There was a minimum of fuss and disruption and couldn't have been happier

I contacted Project Solar to fix an…
I contacted Project Solar to fix an issue with incorrect grid readings on my system and I’m very satisfied with the service provided.
Rickie Meade quickly identified the root of the problem and explained in clear terms what was causing the inaccurate readings.
The repair was carried out efficiently and he made sure everything was properly tested before finishing the job.
I would definitely recommend Rickie to anyone needing help with solar system faults or diagnostics.
