Needed to do a LFT test prior to…
Needed to do a LFT test prior to boarding a cruise but we were 3days in a different location prior so ordered the online tests. Arrived in good time with clear instructions to create a profile. Which we did in UK.
On the day of the face to face test via zoom it was a nightmare trying to login. The nurse observer was extremely patient and calming. She dealt with the situation and we ended creating a new profile for both of us repeating all the information we did in UK. It was a very stressful experience but the nurse observer was very calming and professional

Overall the process worked
Overall the process worked and we received the test report required for our travel plans. The company helpline (both email and phone) was quick to respond and helpful.
The two key glitches were a problem with time zones selection when booking the supervised test appointment and a change to available test opening hours that was not notified and only discovered during a routine process query by phone. This could have caused real anxiety if we had not known and been unable to connect to the video supervision service from our overseas hotel prior to commencing our cruise. Ultimately the process worked which is the main thing.
