Great service today from Kevin and project EV
Had a problem with my home EV charger - new unit fitted and now connected via the cloud too

Very helpful and excellent customer service spoke with Samual and he was very helpful and walked me through the issue. I had highly recommend.

Just bought a new Audi hybrid. Used my Project EV which i have owned for 3 years to charge up the car. First 3 times instead of charging the battery it actually drained the battery.
I contacted Project EV yesterday and within 5 minutes of sending them an email asking if they could assist and within 5 minutes of receiving this the replied saying that they had installed a firmware update remotely to my charger. Just finished charging the car and problem solved.
Many thanks to Jaida at Project EV for the fantastically quick response which is the best service i have EVER received to resolve a problem.

Sorted my issues of very efficiently and followed up with an email with his direct contact details should I have any further issues. He is a great Ambassador for the company, and did exactly what he said he would do which made a refreshing change. Thank you

Successful and easier than expected. My phone call to customer services was answered quickly and I was connected to the technical assistance team.
The call handler, Uways, was patient and respectful despite my slow unfamiliarity with the technical process. I would not hesitate to recommend this service.

I am very new to the EV World, we were equipped with a project ev charger at our new house. We were having terrible trouble understanding the process as the vehicle would not accept the charge.
After some great support from the technician team we are now up and running. We were treated with respect and really appreciated the professionalism of every member of the tech team we spoke to. Nothing was too much trouble great customer service.

Our new charger kept saying ‘bound’ Paul at Project EV, was quick to resolve the issue and then talked me through the whole process to set it up. He was very clear, patient and polite throughout.

Excellent customer service, first timer to EV charging - really had no idea how to get starter, called Project EV, Uwayso took my call - he was so helpful, took time to help me understand and talked me through exactly what I needed to do, I wouldn't of be able to this without his help. He is a credit to you!

Stunned actually. No longer used to service like this. Jacque was extremely prompt via email and then beyond excellent when we had to make a follow up call. Explained two technophobes through what is complicated (for us) process, calmly, accurately, clearly and patiently. Really top star service!

I had an 'ageing' Project EV charge wall charger which I had not used for a number of years.
New Hybrid Car purchased and needed to use the charge unit. As it had not been used for a while and a change in WiFi router, I could not get the App to work. A quick phone call to Project EV and Sam got everything up and working very quickly. Cannot fault the Service, Professionalism and patience I received from Sam.

Lewis was so helpful and made it so easy to sort the issues I was having with my charger

Having had several months of issues elsewhere and virtually no customer service The Project EV Team, more specifically Lewis Woollett contacted me quickly after I issued my request and then was able to listen, diagnose and action my problems and requests to ensure all was working correctly. He even ,made sure my settings were correct to get the maximum from my charger.

After a number of helpful tec staff conversations. On a further call I was connected to Jacque Khan from the beginning of the call it was clear that the issues we were having were going to be sorted before the call ended. Jacque was very clear with instructions and my own lack of experience with software and the charger was never a problem he just kept trying different approaches until it was fixed.
This was my first experience with this company and product, I was not the installer (disappeared) but the help I received from Jacque gave me confidence with the product and will certainly be considered should I require any chargers in the future.
Jacque you are a credit to your company thank you for all your help

Jacque from the support team was so helpful with the set up of my Apex EV, he knew exactly how to help and went above and beyond, even calling me back when we got disconnected. My charger is new, but it looks amazing and I would thoroughly recommend project EV due to their exceptional technical support service.
