I received a damaged, flimsy box that was vandalized and the product stolen. I immediately reported this incident to customer service. I have sent pictures of the damaged box and a claim was placed. It’s been 5 days since the claim was placed and I have not received any notice or updates on a replacement. Meanwhile , the company has had my $$ for over two weeks. Each time I talk with a rep, I’m told the company will make this good but they will not share when it will be resolved.
I did eventually receive the product which is a quality piece of jewelry. The owner left me a voicemail apologizing for the delay and challenges which was very classy. I upgraded my rating to 3 stars. I just highly recommend to the company to improve the packaging which will help prevent their quality jewelry products from being stolen. Thanks Nick and Barb for making this right! The Celtic Cross is awesome!

Fast shipping! I ordered the Large Lion Pendant and absolutely love it! I would love it even more if the pendant was solid. The back of the pendant is hollow. I don't mind paying a bit more for the additional weight/gold. The size is perfect, but really hope it was a solid piece and not hollow.
