I received my Redeemer Sacred Heart pendant in 14K from Proclamation jewelry today. It is of exceptional quality. Nick walked me through the process, and was extremely accommodating in helping me to modify the design slightly (I added a different cross on the back). The pendant is heirloom quality, and is as robust as it is stunning. Moreover their pricing was highly competitive, especially with the current pricing of gold. Many, many thanks to the Proclamation team for this exceptional piece, and I look forward to wearing it for years to come.

I got the 2.5m platinum Franco chain and I love it except it comes with a cheep lobster clasp. Other brands have a lot higher quality claps when you are in this price range. It’s disappointing because this would be such a great chain with a better clasp.

I purchased 3 of the 5mm silver Franco chains and 3 of the large Redemption crucifixes in silver as gifts for family members who completed OCIA and received their Sacraments. The items are stunning…solid, heavy and amazing quality. I did have a concern with one of the pendants after several months, but the owner himself promptly addressed and resolved the issue. It’s always a pleasure to work with companies during the shopping/buying process, but it’s becoming more and more difficult to find a company that is willing to stand behind their products once they have your money. I ordered the large Voyager Gold Compass Pendant to go with an existing 4.5mm Franco chain that I own. I received the pendant recently and it did not disappoint. Great quality piece that is perfectly crafted with fine precision. I give Proclamation Jewelry high marks and will do business with them again in the future.

Quality is great but when received the gold weight was 12% less than what I paid for. They made it right after I brought it their attention. Will do business with them again because their pieces are so well designed and customer service was quick to address my issue! Thanks guys.
