The process was very easy. Everything was straight forward and even after the application communicating with team was quick and simple

I loved each and every stage of the process,it was friendly,easy to follow. Good and excellent communication during and after the process.
There's so much value that the process comes with,I would encourage any one to have this done. It's amazing process.
I have no regrets and proud that am cleared and I feel quite safe ,and also gives assurance to the employer too ,that am reliable.

Procius' online system wouldn't upload all my documents. Their system just didn't work correctly, it was time consuming and frustrating process. Ultimately the King's Trust organized for my documents to be verified manually.

This was my feedback to Procius and it was not accepted by their feedback system.
"Unfortunately, I can't give you zero or negative stars. Now the school I work for is asking for the documents that I have provided to you. You previously struggled to finish off my clearance, it took nearly two months, and Christmas isn't an explanation for it. If I had not given you proof of my employment at a local bike hire companies by showing my payslips, and why you were not able to clear my employment at one of the local primary schools, I would still be waiting to start my new job. Basically, I provided the proof, not you. This caused me loss of income and social contribution, not mentioning the stress and anxiety that come with the unnecessarily long process. I guess you won't compensate me for it."

You provide them with all the relevant information & instead of checking it.
They then email you repeatedly asking for the same information again and again, before making YOU provide the vast majority of evidence and checks.
The only positive I have to say is that they were easily accessible via telephone.

Good process and fast service. My online form did not act as instructions described. When I called customer services, they were good and explained the quirk in the form and how to get around it.

I agree with checking everyone’s background checks as it’s a safe & a professional thing to do. However, I feel like the company could reach out better, so that way I would know to complete my application straight away and to have application checked out quicker

This company do not understand their primary roles or responsibilities.
They are incompetent.
They are not fit for purpose on any level.

Once I had gathered all the information the process was relatively straightforward. The only complaint I have is that I wasn’t notified that the final checks had all been verified. But I finally had the DBS charge refunded which assured me that all was well.
