I bought a Hausberg air fryer from here in December 2024 and didn't use it for a week. By that time, its display was broken and sent for repair. So far, I have not received it. I have called many times and sent messages on WhatsApp. There is no reply. No response, no responsibility, no sincerity nothing. Customer service is a joke here

Ordered Delayed and Refund Still Pending
I’m unhappy with my order. The delivery took longer than expected, and even after following up, it still took a lot of time. I still have pending items, and I also requested a refund, but it’s still pending with no updates or news. Very disappointing experience. I will not order again from Prochimps.

We bought a cooker hob ... 1 hob does not work and another is very slow to heat. We call and nobody picks up, when they do they lie about their 1 technician calling back to set an appointment. Do not buy from them their products and their services are not reliable.

Ordered a 10 l geyser, didn't even tell me when they will be delivering, I had to call 3 times,once they left me on the phone,on hold without even telling me,I had to hang up andcall again,and they said that product wasn't available, then after I requested a refund they told me they will deliver that day.Disaster

NEVER ORDER ONLINE FOR DELIVERY AND IN THIS SHOP EVER AGAIN!
If only I can give 0 star I will. We ordered 3 pressure cookers different orders because they're for different people, but under one name and same delivery address and were all ordered on the same day. Two are Cash On Delivery, one is paid online. Their website says that items will be delivered within "2 to 3 days", but in reality it took us almost two weeks to have all the items.
They delivered one the day after ordering (cash on delivery), and another one 4 days after. You know what they said when the 2nd cash on delivery was delivered? That I only ordered two. Funny enough, the one that they didn't deliver was the PAID one. Had to call them multiple times. Uwejja.
NEVER AGAIN! BAD customer service, there was one named Mina another one saying he is "Mifsud", making the customer liars but in fact they are the ones telling lies.

Don't expect Prochimps to respect your order.
I'm afraid I cannot give a high rating. I had ordered a TV some 2 weeks ago and arranged for a delivery and its setting up. When I phoned up to check on the situation today they told me that this TV was "sold out". Bad showing.
