Lovely team, good platform for managing application/post diagnosis - I rate them!

I recently used ProblemShared for an ADHD assessment and found the entire process to be remarkably thorough and efficient. One of the standout features for me was the short waiting list, which made a significant difference in getting the answers I needed in a timely manner.
Having also used them for an autism diagnosis a couple of years ago, I can say their high standards have remained consistent. The staff are professional and the process feels very well-managed from start to finish. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a professional and comprehensive assessment.

This week I was assessed by Sarah from ProblemShared for Dyslexia and Dyscalculia. I was a little nervous at first and Sarah was a very reassuring and put me at ease straight away, explaining clearly what the assessment would entail and some of the activities we would be covering. She was very professional and supportive as we ran through the exercises, and she gave me the time I needed to go through the variety of tasks where possible. I had a follow up call the following day where Sarah took me through the preliminary results of my assessment and took the time to explain each section and what it meant. I am now awaiting the outcome, which should be with me in the next 4 weeks.

My assessor, Sarah Moore, was very friendly, comforting, patient and understanding. She let me speak and take my time - and afterwards explained and reassured me that I was heard and the difficulties I expressed I had were valid. I could be honest with her and she explained and gave me great advice on how to approach my diagnosis. I can't thank her enough!!

The Clinician was patient and understanding, they made me feel safe and comfortable during my assessment. The support workers were understanding and reassuring.

Gigi and Dionne were so helpful and understanding, Gigi was extremely comforting and made me feel supported through my diagnoses. Thank you

Amazing service. Diagnosed my son on the same day. Was given an appointment fairly quick. The clinician was great, my son was comfortable talking with the clinician.

Not only provided diagnosis I am ADHD. But post diagnostic videos and pdfs to look at dealing with my condition.

Really professional service, great response times and really supportive staff.

As a health professional myself, I found my assessor very professional, patient and understanding.
I also received empathy and compassion when talking about my life and how my condition affected certain areas.
I was given a diagnosis and all of the things I had been through suddenly made sense.

After many years of trying to get my 14 year old daughter the support she needs, she was assessed by Matthew. I myself met with Elinor and I can honestly say it was a great experience for something I was really nervous about. Matthew put Sophia at ease straight away and Elinor was so lovely and really helped guide me through the questions. Thank you both so much.

Problem shared have been amazing with my diagnosis & with putting me on medication to help with my ADHD.
I’ve had many therapy sessions, but it was finding the right therapist to connect with, that I could really open up too. After trying a few different people they moved me to having Claire Scott which was the best decision ever!!!
She made me feel so comfortable and we worked on the right areas that was holding me back. She made me feel like I was chatting to a friend, rather than being in an interview or talking to a school teacher… which I needed!
I really looked forward to having my sessions with her and I would definitely recommend her to anyone who feels or needs the same as me. I just had my last session and I actually felt sad to not have any more, but the progress she has made with me has been outstanding! Overall it’s been a great experience, especially looking from what I was like, to where I am now.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Problem Shared.

I completed all required forms and requested a medication consultation weeks in advance, yet received no communication at all. Despite following every step asked of me in a timely manner, I was later told there was an issue with “incomplete admin” and was discharged before receiving the treatment I had been waiting for.

There appears to be a serious lack of coordination between administrative processes and patient care. At no point did anyone check my progress or attempt to contact me, which has now left me in a very difficult position.

Because of these delays, my insurance has since expired, something I was actively trying to avoid by engaging with the process early. I am now potentially forced to pay out of pocket for care I should have already received.

This experience has been stressful, frustrating, and avoidable. I would strongly urge the company to review how they manage patient communication and internal processes, as this level of oversight is unacceptable when people are relying on timely access to treatment. Just to note - I can tell they aren't properly reading my file because they spelt my name wrong in their email back to me saying they're dropping my care. My name is in my email fully spelt, and my profile.

Finally after 20 plus years of bipolar and wrong meds diagnosis.. at age 42 I got my diagnosis of combined adhd. Dionne worked extremely hard my case , i was/am a complex case, I know I know. Im relieved and can now now finally get on my life with proper help help ive always needed. Thank you dionne , endlessly great full. No one has ever cared cared enough to untangle the mess before. But dionne did .. thank you ♡♡

ProblemShared was one of the highly recommended providers, when doing my research. Julienne was extremely helpful and knew exactly what she was talking about. She affirmed the struggles I was going through and was very straightforward and honest about what my options were. I also appreciated that after the diagnosis, they don’t just leave you to fend for yourself, they provide you with the choice to attend psycho education classes, to get more of an understanding of why your Brain works the way it does.

Yasmine was brilliant - so patient with me
I had a really frustrating issue that took a while to sort out, and I wasn't in the best headspace when I first got in touch. I've been dealing with a lot personally (late ADHD and autism diagnosis among other things) and honestly wasn't the easiest customer at times.
Yasmine was absolutely brilliant throughout. She stayed patient, professional and kind even when I was struggling. She never made me feel like a burden and genuinely did everything she could to help me remotely. Her patience made such a difference during a really difficult period.
My issue is finally resolved and that's mostly down to Yasmine's dedication and persistence. She went above and beyond and I'm so grateful for the support she gave me.

I’ve felt informed during the entire process

Firstly, I didn't expect to receive an appointment so soon after referral, which was a lovely surprise. The communication from the team leading up to my assessment was excellent. My assessment itself was with a warm and patient clinician named Alex, who made me feel comfortable and understood throughout.
