Once I purchased from the site was directed to scam sites, didn't like that. Expensive shipping and I redeemed a 10% off and it applied only to disappear once I confirmed payment.

I just bought a couple of bike tyres and tubes - the process was easy but the cost of delivery seemed high and was confusing. When I looked at the cost to ship to Canada on the Probikekit website it said $19.99, but <1kg was $24.99. However on the purchase screen the cost was $34.99 and if I wanted to wait two weeks it was $47.99. I was also looking if you do free ship over a certain dollar amount - no luck. Tires are a good price though!

Be aware...
I'm writing this before receiving my stuff. To receive the 15$ cashback (over a 300$), I had to give my full credit card info to a third-party site. Of course, it lead to a 404 page. That is simply unacceptable from a thrustworthy site. Even if the stuff is great, this puts my security in danger.

Great prices!
Also have received good products at great prices! Usually don’t have to pay duty/ taxes, however this time I have had to through DHL. Paid $65 ~ for a set of peddles, ended up paying $35 duty and taxes. Won’t be shopping at PBK anymore

I am happy with the products purchased. The reason I gave 3 stars is that I could not claim the 10% discount code that was offered to me in a separate email by Probikekit. Also, the shipping options only offered paying for tracked shipping, in effect removing much of the price competitiveness offered by Probikekit for this purchase - all considerations for future purchases.
