My order arrived 10 days late
My order arrived 10 days late, and I was charged double tax and duty despite the site claiming to be Canadian. I’ve tried contacting customer service to resolve this but haven’t received any response. After all the extra fees and delays, buying local would have been cheaper and faster.

1. Not a canadian website despite the .ca designation
2. Lack/Misleading information about sales taxes and
import duties
