I like the products that Probikekit…
I like the products that Probikekit carries. Generally good quality and nice styles.
I would like, however, that you carry a larger inventory of XXL jerseys and XL bib shorts! I seem to have to wait a bit longer to purchase because of the non availability of these sizes for the products that I'm shopping for.
I'll continue to shop with you however!

Inflexible service
Tried to amend order and was told that it wasn't an option - despite there being "amend my order" as an option in several places. It was too late to cancel so now I'm receiving products that I don't want,

Got my product 10 days late after…
Got my product 10 days late after paying double tax and duty on what clams to be a Canadian site where there should be no duty. Been trying to resolve this issue with probikekit with no reply. I would highly recommend buying local since all the extra charges that came along with my purchase equal out to the same minus the wait.

Misleading checkout process, buyer beware
I did not realize there would be additional charges after the order was placed. There should have been some indication on the checkout page that this was the case.
In addition, I believe that ProBikeKit is overcharging. The charge for tax as part of the checkout process is also charged by DHL as part of the customs clearance process. I am effectively being double taxed.
I think that ProBikeKit is misleading Canadian customers into thinking they are on a Canadian web site, only to find out after the order is placed that additional payment is required in order to receive their purchase. I consider this very unfair.
What originally looks like a good price for an item ends up costing considerably more when compared to the same product from a real Canadian online retailer.

Ordered material for 195 CAD
Added 35 for transportation.
Than another 30 CAD for ?? I thought was Sales Tax.
Now another request of 85 CAD for import duty tax...
Total: 150 CAD to add to what you believe you will pay.
I was on Probikekit.ca, a Canadian site. I paid all in CAD.
Beware, it is a trap, huge import tax hidden to get the delivery! Add 75% to what you believe you buy!!!
UPDATE AUGUST 17th
I didn't receive my order as I turned it back.
The company didn't pay anything back. For the time being, I just lost my money.
The company standard is that they pay back only when they receive the parcel back.
I wish they would apply the same to their customer.

Do not order from them
Do not order from them. They mysteriously overcharged me by $34 and I have proved it to them about 30X with receipts they provided me themselves, but their online help is running me in circles with the same set of excuses not to fix it (it was a duty issue (nope, refuted); we charged VAT as a UK business (nope, ordered from the .ca site); we don't charge VAT on the .ca site (yet you did for me, and I've already paid it at the point of entry during the import process). They are clearly acting in bad faith and skimming for extra as they fold up their business. AVOID at all costs if you don't want headaches.

I have previously ordered a set of bib shorts from PBK and I love them. I can't justify spending hundreds of dollars on shorts from companies like Rapha and Castelli. The shorts I own are great quality and have lasted years...I would have given it a 5 star rating if it was free shipping but c'est la vie.
