Excellent emergency boiler repair today........much appreciated because of the snow! Jake responded quickly, identified and fixed the problem efficiently, and was friendly and professional throughout. Will definitely use his services again, and highly recommend him, if you need fast, reliable help.

After arriving home after a Christmas break to a freezing house and a broken down old boiler Jake came round assessed the situation and by 8am the next morning was here fitting a lovely new boiler.

We engaged Pritchards to install a new wetroom which entailed replacing wetwalls before fitting tiling, non slip flooring and a new bathroom suite. They also installed a water softener. Jake (the boss) & Jack were a very good team & knew their stuff. As we were on a time restraint they managed to finish the job before Xmas. Jake did a thorough and accurate review out our corroded flue from Whatsapps photo's/videos. He was able to accurately assess and quote and promptly attend our home to do the proposed repairs.

Jake is a true professional not only does he know his stuff - you expect that -but he sticks to his quotation, is punctual , courteous and respectful of your home ( cleans up properly ) and family .
