Received fake Bose open ultra earphones. In a sealed box, but a Chinese copy. Printing in wrong places, serial number not matching to the product, printed logo on product rubbing off almost immediately, very loose fit on ear. fairly convincing sound quality to the untrained ear, but I have had alot of experience in audio tech and quite familiar how Bose open ear buds should sound so be aware if you have previously purchased a pair. Contact Bose with information and images and they will advice you. I suggest intiating a charge back with you bank if you, like many people that have already been stung by this scam website.

Don't buy because they sell refurbished stuff that is fake, or use inferior products. I got Airpods pro 2 and thought it was strange they wouldn't upgrade. The reason, because fake. They have even admitted by email that they are not real.

The two Apple AirPods Pro 3 sets you sold me are counterfeit. I took them to the Apple Store, where an Apple technician inspected them and confirmed multiple clear indicators that they are indeed bad fakes, including the following.

1. Poor lid workmanship with a loose and inferior fit
2. Extremely poor sound quality
3. Serial numbers on the packaging are applied with stickers; Apple laser prints serial numbers.
4. The serial number on your packaging has already been presented at TWELVE different Apple Stores in the UK, this month alone, by other concerned customers checking authenticity
5. Most damning of all, I ordered two sets, delivered in the same envelope and both boxes carry the EXACT SAME SERIAL NUMBERS which alone proves they are not genuine - Apple serial numbers are unique to each device, just like a car number plate.

Because of this I have already had to purchase two genuine replacement sets directly from Apple, reciept attached, redacted.

Shame on you as a business. Selling this absolute rubbish while advertising it as genuine Apple products is bad enough but doing so when parents are buying Christmas presents for their children is truly disgusting behaviour. Passing off cheap counterfeit junk as genuine is completely unacceptable and indefensible.

This is my final communication before escalation to the relevant authorities.

Awful experience I ordered the AirPods 3 but I received the AirPods 2. They refused to send me the correct item I paid for.

The initial purchase was great. A few months after the purchase, I got in contact with them as my AirPods developed a fault ( I won’t go into the details ) but the customer service and after care was brilliant.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. checked their companies house and the company was dissolved in January 2025. How are they still trading? taking peoples money and sending fake goods, their number doesn't even work & their address is someones home. GUTTED I didn't read the reviews before I bought - the positive ones will be paid and fake via this person.

Bought a jbl flip 7 and the item arrived promptly.
The item was faulty in that it didn’t produce any sound.
Complete faff trying to get them to respond to arrange for a return.
Eventually given an address to post back at my own expense.
No details that the item was returned or a refund on the way till contacted again.
Basically return postage time and effort for something that didn’t work!

FAKE PRODUCTS
bought an Apple AirPods. Info was it was refub. Once I received it, It wasn’t working properly. Reached out to dear Amy, told me she’s gonna refund 25% then offered again 40%. Went Apple Store just to verify it’s actually FAKE. thanks for the hassle of returning and waiting.

This the second review for this company-ordered an item for my daughters birthday in August 25 - it didn’t work - paid to send it back - no refund or replacement- it’s now Dec 25 this company will scam you - don’t waste your money.

The item came within a few days. The only problem I wasn't kept informed

Amazing! I ordered Apple AirPod pro “headphones only’ and was perfectly happy to not receive a box/ charger etc - I actually received what seemed like a brand new unopened set complete with all packaging, ear tips etc etc. Absolutely fantastic!

Warning – Counterfeit Goods Sold as Refurbished

I purchased a set of “refurbished” AirPods (2nd generation) from Pristine Gadgets. When they arrived, they were in a brand-new, factory-sealed Apple box, which immediately raised concerns as refurbished items should not be sealed as new.

From first use, there were faults, including:
• Crackling/static noise in both AirPods
• The double-tap feature did not work

I contacted Pristine Gadgets and spoke to Scott, who advised me to reset the AirPods. This did not fix the issues. As the AirPods were supposedly under warranty, I booked an Apple Genius Bar appointment, which cost me over 2 hours of my time plus £8 in parking.

Apple confirmed that the AirPods were counterfeit, and that the serial number had been cloned. I have written confirmation from Apple, which I provided to Pristine Gadgets along with proof of my appointment.

Despite this, I was offered only a 30% discount to keep the counterfeit item, which I refused. Selling fake goods with cloned serial numbers is unacceptable. I was also misled about the authenticity, costing me both time and money.

After further chasing, I returned the items and was promised a refund of my postage costs, which never happened. I also received no compensation for the parking costs incurred due to their false claims.

This company:
• Sold counterfeit Apple products
• Used cloned serial numbers
• Misrepresented items as genuine
• Failed to honour refund promises
• Ignored follow-up communication

I have now reported this matter to Trading Standards. I strongly advise others to avoid this website. I have attached photos and Apple’s confirmation as evidence.

Was a bit sceptical about my order from this company because what was offered for ‘refurbished AirPods 4’ was very cheap - £45.

I ordered when late at night when I was tired and hadn’t fully conducted my due diligence and if I had done I probably would not have ordered in the first place. The limited company is showing as dissolved on companies house which raises a suspicion, but gave them benefit of the doubt when I couldn’t cancel my order and thought I’d wait and see what the order was like.

The package turned up after a brief delay due to Royal Mail and Christmas. Shink wrapped in an apparently original embossed box or very close copy to it. The buds are printed with the apparently correct font and even the Serial number matches that on the remaining Apple Warranty when the buds are connected. Each bud has its own number when entering the settings too. So visually, they look legit. Even Chat GPT was convinced!

What leads me to believe the AirPods are counterfeit is that the case feels rather light and rattles unlike that of my old AirPods 1. They don’t connect like normal AirPods with a double tap on the case which is another clue, also some aspects of the functionality of the AirPods don’t feel as fluid as the originals might. Can’t really grumble at just over 1/3 of the Apple price!

They do the job of Bluetooth headphones well and I can use them for music and make phone calls with them and the Hey Siri function also works, but it doesn’t silence the doubts in my mind that these aren’t the real thing.

Update 10 December 2025, having used the AirPods yesterday there is a permanent hissing sound coming from them when no music is being played so I’ve asked Pristine Gadgetz if I could return these for a full refund, still awaiting a response. I will be returning them because they are not fit for purpose.

I purchased 2 "refurbished" Bose earbuds which didn't look nor feel original. Their behaviour and quality didn't represent anywhere near Bose standard. I give 2 stars only because I have received full refund after my complaint and rejection of a partial one.

i ordered a product and then realised i no longer wanted it, the customer service team was amazing and understanding, they issued me a refund straight away. I will definitely be ordering from pristine gadgets again!

I ordered a pair of AirPod pro’s and was told that they were genuine. I do not think they are genuine at all. I would not recommend getting these. First of all they do not connect to your phone properly and when they do connect you can’t move your head, talk or yawn otherwise the music will pause. They do not stay connected to your phone I often find that the AirPods disconnect and reconnect so often that it is pointless to use them. The only good thing about them was the delivery time they did come on time and it was speedy.

I do not think that these are worth the money in anyway and would highly recommend those reading this to not buy the AirPods. I am highly disappointed and would like my money back.
