Great quality , fast delivery and amazing service

We ordered some air pods and they arrived quickly and were in perfect condition. We would purchase from here again.

I ordered 2 pairs of these air pods for my daughters who are both travelling. I was told 3 to 5 working days for delivery, which would have been just in time before 1 of them leaves. Unfortunately on the 5th day they hadn't turned up, I made the decision to buy them both new pairs from Apple with next day delivery.
Incredibly these 2 pairs turned up the following day which would have been in time, unfortunately I had got the apple ones engraved so I couldn't cancel the order.
I had to make the decision to return these airpods without even opening them.
I contacted them through WhatsApp chat and they responded immediately every time and tried several options to try to resolve the issue, but ultimately agreed without any arguments to refund me for these airpods which they did upon receiving them back.
So I never actually saw the airpods, just the sealed boxes and to be fair to pristine gadgets the delivery was between Christmas over new year too.
But the customer service I recieved from them was excellent 👌

I purchased some “refurbished” Air Pod Pros that ended up being faulty, which was evident immediately.
I sent an email regarding this with detailed feedback stating the fault and how I had followed all troubleshooting.
I then had a frustrating back and forth as they shared their own troubleshooting instructions, but for the wrong model, which I stated was the case.
They then offered multiple partial refunds to attempt the avoid the return (for the headphones that literally did not work…)
Finally they agreed to do the return. They did not send a returns label though their policy is to pay for returns postage; I stated multiple times that I expected this to be paid.
Upon completed return I queries again for the returns postage refund, which the stated they don’t do in cases they’ve paid for the initial postage (and sent me a screenshot of my receipt for some reason). I screenshot their own policy form their site where it stated they cover returns postage in cases fault. They ignored the request.

I purchased a set of what was advertised as refurbished Bose Ultra Open Bluetooth Earbuds for a really good price, more than 60% lower than other retailers.
I researched the company and they had mixed reviews, but nobody’s perfect, so I took a chance.
My order was delivered in a reasonable amount of time and I was excited to get them going and listening to how good the sound quality was.
I fully charged them and connected them to my phone via Bluetooth and tested them for sound which worked fine.
However afterwards things started to go downhill. I download the Bose App and attempted to connect, but no matter what I did or how many times I tried, I couldn’t get the app to recognise them.
After some online research I came to the conclusion that as there wasn’t any serial numbers or any branding on them, that they couldn’t be original.
I emailed the seller expressing my disappointment with my order and after a short negotiation agreed on a partial refund instead of the hassle of sending them back.
So now I use them with Bluetooth to take calls and listen to music which ok until the next time Bose have a sale and I purchase the real thing.

Bloody good set of headphones !! Yes not 100 percent authentic ( as they state) but all options and controls work for me and sound even better than my OG air pods !! Highly recommend!!

Slow delivery, and they don't inform you that your item has been dispatched. Customer service is shocking. My earbuds wouldn't connect. I sent an email requesting a return. They replied with instructions on how to connect a different brand earbud. When I replied, sent another set of instructions. Correct brand. Wrong model this. Obviously they don't look at the order numbers. Since then I have had no contact from them. I have since been able to connect them, via Google. This will be the first and last time I buy from them. If I could leave zero stars I would.

Paid for express delivery didn’t turn up on the date I paid for customer service was shocking telling me I paid for express processing and lying they had sent package out when they hadn’t can’t refund me as it’s a busy time of year joke frauds

PLEASE do not buy from this so called company. They are fraudsters and sell fake products. When I advised the product was not as described (AKA FAKE) they offered a partial refund of 35%, completely failing to acknowledge my request.
I have since replied and I am waiting a response asking for a full refund. No surprise they have not responded to me.
AVOID, THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEN IGNORE YOU

I purchased some Airpod Pros, they arrived and looked the part. What looked like brand-new sealed Apple packaging. The Airpods connected fine with my iPhone 12 for a couple of months until I upgraded to the iPhone 17. The Airpods would not connect to the newer model, when taking them to the Apple store I was informed that these are not real Airpods, they are fakes. The newer model iPhones are not compatible as they are trying to prevent fakes being made and used with their product. Waste of time and waste of money - AVOID

Fake products, do not buy!
The daughter bought airpod pro 2 from this company in good faith.
Couldn't get them working so called in to local Apple shop to see what she was doing wrong.
What they said she had done wrong was buy a fake product supplied by this company.

I ordered some AirPods and ten days later they have still not arrived. No update as to when they will arrive !! Very disappointed !! Will give it another few days before I contact card issues to demand a refund . I have just tried to ring them and surprise surprise the number is not recognised 😩.

It's been over 7 days and I haven't received my order, no update on order too and also no tracking on my package for the delivery also. So I don't even know what happened

The price of the product was significantly cheaper than elsewhere which intially made me dubious but after reading reviews I was confident with the purchase the AirPod pro 2s which ere reconditioned but you would think they were brand new. In the box with everything included and work great for half the price than other companies

Sold me counterfeit airpods and refused to provide me with a way to return them. They have reviews about it going months back so they obviously just scam people and get away with it some of the time. They also always seem to blame the "seller company" despite never actually naming them.

Haven’t got my parcel yet due to full price of postage not being paid by this company

I purchased what were advertised as Genuine Apple AirPods Pro 2 (refurbished) from this company. At first, they seemed to work fine. However, after upgrading to the iPhone 17 Pro, which has the feature that detects non-genuine Apple products, they would not connect.

I contacted Apple Support, who confirmed that the AirPods were not genuine Apple products. I then emailed the company, and they admitted that the AirPods were refurbished with non-Apple components by a third-party company.

These were misrepresented as genuine, and I feel this is misleading and unacceptable.
