Hello I'm trying to contact Katie Darke with regards to a rental property in Farlington Portsmouth please can you advise how to contact as the telephone number no longer works and the website says the company is permanently closed?

I must praise the new property manager for the flats where I live. Elizabeth Higgs is extremely efficient, very friendly and helpful. She always has time to listen to any problems we have in the block and dies her best to get good people to sort out problems as quickly as possible.
She has certainly given us faith in Principals which has been sadly lacking since the company took over the management of our blocks.
Well done Lady Ziegler you are so hard working and an asset to your company.

Elizabeth (Lizzie) has been very helpful; I needed some paperwork to support a flat sale and she dealt with my request quickly and efficiently. She was quick to respond to emails and was polite and friendly.

Katie has proved to be a real asset on several occasions to find me new tenants after conducting various safety and credibility checks.

We have let a property through Principal Properties for over 2 years now . I would thoroughly recommend them - they are efficient, thorough, extremely helpful and quick to reply to all emails. After paying over £8500 in rent over 9 months, on time, in full, we are still being tormented by Katie for £160 allegedly for cleaning a couple of cob webs and replacing 3 bulbs even though we generally left the place cleaner than before and had to replace several bulbs when we moved in. To top it, she falsely claimed on an invoice that they replaced a floor tile but I have recently been to the property to collect mail and that is clearly not the case. I have photos from 3 weeks ago showing the tile was just filled in. The filling will come off and they will blame this on the next tenant. I am happy to share details of my experience with anyone considering to do business with Katie.

The staff at Principle Properties are so polite, warm and friendly. The manager, Katie, who we primarily dealt with, during the viewing, referencing, and general overseeing the process of our taking up a property with them, was very reassuring, and made the whole experience much less stressful than moving can be.
Once we moved in to the property, Katie and the Agency have gone to very effort to ensure that we settle in comfortably.
I would definitely recommend this agency to others.
