Anyone else have this issue?

I ordered 4 shirts & only received 2. No one is responding to my emails. What on earth is going on.

Purchased item and received product that is incorrectly sized. Fabric is not soft as advertised.

Company refuses to allow return of product.

Yes this site is lying. They say they are out of US and make some clothes in Mexico. They are really out of Beijing. That’s where the shipping info comes from if you purchase. The clothes sent are not what’s shown on site. I had to dispute them through PayPal given I didn’t get what ordered. Luckily PayPal sided with me. Buyer beware!!

I was skeptical after ordering and seeing bad reviews. The business states it’s located in the USA yet my funds went to Asia and it was shipped from Asia. But in 3 weeks I received exactly what I ordered and I was happy with the quality

Received shirts and they are terrible quality. Tried to return as the site says you can return if you are not satisfied. Lies! No way to return or get any refunds back.

Item never shipped. Merchant has an inoperable website and phone is disconnected. They are BAD BAD NEWS. Don't give them your money! I disputed my purchase and was refunded

I made a purchase of two Maui Lahana tee shirts on 9/2/23 I never received a confirmation email but the charges went thru my bank. I looked up their phone number called twice and got a fax machine. Looked up their number again and verified i wrote the correct number down called again and got the fax machine again . I've emailed them but no response, I think I've been scammed out of $67.76 sad part about it, it stated a portion of all "Maui" sales goes to the Maui Strong fund. Anyone else place an order from Primmitive?

Received my second shirt . . . or what was SUPPOSED to be my second shirt; they sent me the wrong one! The same problems in my last review: pixelated/blurry print, terrible customer service, insisting they'd sent me the right item when they very obviously didn't, etc. I finally reached out to my credit card company; hopefully they can do what this piece of crap scam company won't. I'll say it again, DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

Terrible quality, 1/2 the t shirts were horrible synthetic material not cotton, the leggings came with a big ladder running up the front and were completely see through- cap had threads that had run through from the cap to the brim. Many emails later, they tell me in broken english the most i will get for refund is usd $9. They werent worried when i said they had major quality standards

Go figure there is only a computer to communicate with. The first confirmation is correct, screen shot this when placing order. Very upset at the confirmation the web site generated order that was just presented to me after placing my order last week. 1 correct tee and another that i ordered back in Feb, which i have received in April! Where is the long sleeved shirt in the confirmation that has already been charged to my card?
This is very annoying that there is no one to speak to! I don't know how this is going to play out. I can't stand having to deal with issues like this, and companies getting away with it. I'm sure everyone agrees, "who in the world needs this aggravation"?! Hard PASS

I would give it a 0, but that’s not an option. I purchased 4 shirts and only ever received 1 of them. I wrote the company and they completely ghosted me. The shirt I did receive was not the correct size, and looked like a kindergartener made it. The design wasn’t even centered. This company is most def a scam. It’s pretty pathetic that a company would scam people by “selling” Christian tees.

Placed my order a month ago and it still cannot be located and you cannot access a human (shocking) - this site is horrendous.

I actually am surprised at the great quality of this black tee, for the price I paid! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

The t-shirts don't fit and even the website says "free returns within 30 days" they are refusing to honor their policy. I spend $114 and they offered me a compensation of $9 because it's expensive to ship to CHINA which there is no indication this is a CHINA based company. I'm contacting my credit card company. This company is FRAUD and the quality of the t-shirts is horrible. BUYER BEWARE.

I purchased a shirt where the writing on the back looked fine online, when I got it the writing on the back was completely blurry. They asked for pictures of it. I sent them, and you can tell the writing is blurry, they said their production team thinks there’s no problem, so we’re unwilling to replace the shirt at no cost to me. They are fees for restocking and redoing. The shirt were ridiculous. Buyer beware if you don’t get what you want you are just out money.

Their tee shirts are not true to size. I bought one and when it came it looked more like a youth tee than an adult tee. I rarely buy anything for myself, so the fact that I spent the money on something I cannot wear is disappointing. Trying to communicate with them by email to get a refund is useless. My advice is-avoid this company.

This company has a return page so you can see the return policy. Which they do not stick to! I have been spending a week trying to get return/refund instructions for 2 shirts I bought. The printing quality was poor. It looked pixelated and cheap. I would not buy that if I saw it in an actual store, nor would I wear it. I explained that to them multiple times. They keep making excuses saying that I received the correct items so I can't return them. And they say it would cost too much to return them on my part. And it would cost them too much to accept back. Am I wrong for thinking that sounds ridiculous if your return policy does not actually say, we won't accept returns if you don't like the quality of the item you received?! This company sucks. I think they use the tactic to argue back and forth for weeks so that you will break down and give up. The offer I received was a $4 USD refund. Are you serious??? On a $46 purchase I made for shirts I won't wear? DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
