Complete waste of money, charged £51 for two jumpers, cheap material and hard to get hold off anyone for a refund. Do not waste ur money with them

Terrible quality, misleading picture on the internet, this is a scam. Bought a sweatshirt, got a piece of printed long sleeve in awful cheap textile.

Ik heb zoals op de website 2 wollen truien besteld. Ik krijg 2 synthetische truien met een opdruk gestuurd. Heel misleidend. Ik wil ze terugsturen, geen reactie meer. Melding gedaan bij Klarna.

I bought 3 Christmas sweaters that were knitted on the picture.
On the website it says that the company gets everything made in Mexico
Today I received the first sweater and it is a very ugly print on fabric and sent from China
So this company is clearly dropshipping and lying
I hope I can send it back and get my money returned...

Getting very sceptical now. Ordered a christmas blouse the 24 of ocktober.
Tracking the parcel is misleading, and now no info on movement since sunday! ??
Hope this will turn out well.Cause I will literally explote if this is a scam.

Do not buy from this company unless you are okay with a quality gamble and no returns. Customer service is a bot and they do not want to refund you. Here’s the response I got to my request to return some of the items (one of the “sweatshirts” material was terrible and the print on it was completely blurry, the other didn’t fit well - and this was clearly stated):
“Thanks for your reply. As our warehouse checked, the product we sent to you is correct indeed.
In this case, we can only refund your money until you return the product to our specific warehouse.
Please be kindly noticed that you have to pay the shipping fee for the return.
Our warehouse receiving returned goods is not the one on the waybill. If you still want to return your order, please do ask me for the exact address. DO NOT RETURN IT TO THE ADDRESS ON THE
WAYBILL, otherwise refund will not be supported.
Our warehouse is in China now, thus the shipping fee may be very expensive to you. So how about we refund you 5USD
as compensation and you give the product to others? Your kind understanding would be highly appreciated. Thank you so much.“

So they want to just refund me $5 out of the $100 order for items that would be embarrassing to “gift” to someone else. Absolutely terrible.

I ordered a Christmas bag, even 2,one for my sister and 1 for me. On photo it looks like crochet, but in reality not at all crochet but very cheap canvas. It's afwull en too expensive. Never again!

Comfortable, insanely fun wide brim with wire, haven't worn outside yet but it seems warm. If anyone tells me I can't wear it outside of Halloween I'll just hex 'em ✨✨✨

Charged tax on my order despite thier terms saying it is tax free and I will be responsible for customs tax. You cannot contact customer service they have a system that rejects all queries and tells you to contact another department. I have had the overcharge refunded by pay pal. I have yet to receive the products so this may not be the only issue with the company.

I ordered a sweatshirt size 2xl. It’s more like a large and the material is like foam….weirdest material I’ve ever seen. I would never buy from this company again.

I ordered what Primmitive called a long sleeve sweatshirt and according to their photo, I was ordering a sweatshirt, but when I received the sweatshirt, it looked and felt nothing like a sweatshirt, had the feel of a silky slick polyester material. I ordered a 2xl which I can usually wear anywhere from a 1xl to a 2xl so ordering online I thought I would be safe and go with the 2xl. It was still snug across the stomach and fit rather tight through the arms, which was really strange as I have never had that issue before, my arms are average. Then the verse that was printed on the shirt that I feel in love with looks like it ran, possibly because of the material it was printed on. I believe if it had been printed on an actual sweatshirt material it would have looked great. So, when I contacted customer service just as their policy stated and told them about the issues, too small, material quality, and the print they told me not a quality issue I could just give the product to a friend they are not wanting to give me a refund. Have been dealing with their customer service for day's now and still no resolution. Not a company worth the trouble.

Buyer beware!!! This company is not good. I ordered a sweatshirt, that is NOT a sweatshirt. And the saying, "Cozy Season" is a cheap iron on plastic decal that is sure to peel the minute it's washed. I left a review on their website and they removed it.

Low quality, items definitely NOT as pictured..... Would not return shirt!! I would tell everyone to stay away from this scam company!! I REPEAT, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I was very leery of ordering, but for the price what did I have to loose. I also know from ordering from places like sheein, always go a size up so this is what I did. I order a few shirts 2XL but I would say they are more like a large. The only 2 xl about it is about 6 inches to long on the arms. Plus I order a bunch of their fall items , that vibrate orange, cozy stuff. It looked good, but there was nothing cotton about it, it felt like it should be pj tops, I don't even know what material it was cause it doesn't say. Now I'm trying to return it and that's proving to be very difficult.

If I could give this company a negative 10 I would quality is terrible and looks nothing like the picture run!!!!

Order placed, was charged more than stated did not receive 2 of my items.Response to customer support email is automated, never get questions answered.
