Excellent service
Excellent service. Boiler delivered on time. Fitters were polite and respectful and did full Boiler replacement in 3•5 hrs including clearing up after them and taking away the old boiler and bits they stripped out. The price was excellent for the supply and service.

Nathan was an excellent relationship manager at all stages of my enquiry/transaction - no question was a stupid question. Between him and his colleagues we got the solar panels we so desperately wanted efficiently, quickly and at a competitive price; and when I wasn't happy about original positioning of the panels, they rectified it without a fuss. We are now reaping the benefits of solar energy. I have already recommended Prime Time Solar to neighbours.

An excellent service. Prime Time Boilers have helpful office staff and Mark (the engineer) messaged to let me know he was on his way. He did a good job servicing my boiler and was polite and respectful. I would definitely recommend this company.

i have a comprehensive home insurance with these guys.An electric socket broke down in jan 2026 and in june 2026 i am still chasing them to fix it. Absolutely pathetic service and the guys are lies through their back teeth

Whole process was fantastic from the initial contact through to completion. It’s great to have just one contact that you can call, email or text - and get a prompt response. No hard sell or pressure to purchase a system. Installation on the day was very efficient and the team were great. Cost was below other quotes received too! Wish I had done it sooner. Highly recommend this company.

I'm into my third year with my boiler from Prime Time that included the annual service and repair cover.
I get the reminder to book the service, confirm and everything follows as it should.
Staff in the office and Technicians are always really friendly and helpful.

Second review from me for Prime Time…
Second review from me for Prime Time Boilers. 4 of the 5 units installed in August last year have now failed. I fully expect the fifth (the least used for heat or cooling) to do so as well this summer. 2 have been repaired by the original engineer, who I cannot fault. He turns up on time, is very polite and helpful and fixes what is wrong.
The company on the other hand is atrocious. They don't return calls, they don't respond to emails and now, get this, they have an AI answering service so you can't even speak to a person, they no longer have to even answer their calls to then ignore you. They can do it by AI!
2 units recently packed up , leaking, noisy, pump failures, stinking because of the stagnant water collecting, which is dangerous in itself. No response to calls, message and emails to Prime Time.
I have no idea how they've got so many '5 star' reviews.
They keep pestering me to take out a service plan with them for a faulty installation they can't even be bothered to acknowledge, never mind fix. I've had to contact the original engineer personally to get anything done, and that is not right. Needless to say they will not be getting my Service contract.
