Second review from me for Prime Time…
Second review from me for Prime Time Boilers. 4 of the 5 units installed in August last year have now failed. I fully expect the fifth (the least used for heat or cooling) to do so as well this summer. 2 have been repaired by the original engineer, who I cannot fault. He turns up on time, is very polite and helpful and fixes what is wrong.
The company on the other hand is atrocious. They don't return calls, they don't respond to emails and now, get this, they have an AI answering service so you can't even speak to a person, they no longer have to even answer their calls to then ignore you. They can do it by AI!
2 units recently packed up , leaking, noisy, pump failures, stinking because of the stagnant water collecting, which is dangerous in itself. No response to calls, message and emails to Prime Time.
I have no idea how they've got so many '5 star' reviews.
They keep pestering me to take out a service plan with them for a faulty installation they can't even be bothered to acknowledge, never mind fix. I've had to contact the original engineer personally to get anything done, and that is not right. Needless to say they will not be getting my Service contract.

Had my annual boiler service today and really impressed with the engineer. Mark was punctual, explained everything he was doing, and did a very thorough job — checked all the safety components and left the area spotless. I’ve used this company for a couple of years and this was definitely the most comprehensive service I’ve had. Really appreciate the attention to detail this time. Would happily request the same engineer again.

I was very happy with prime time
I was very happy with prime time, pricing was clear, I was offered different options. The task could be completed very quickly and I also used the interest free option which I wasn’t planning to do. Gregg the engineer was very polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend them.

Poor customer auto telephone system
I found the AI answering phone is rubbish, lt never has my questions answered.
The engineer and other staff arranging and fixing my boiler is good . Impressed!

Started with a video call around my home to show what I wanted, all priced up on the call with all payment options. Within a couple of days everything was agreed and ready for installation. Date agreed, planned for 2 days but the guys managed it in 1 day. Very easy process from start to finish. Would recommend 100%.
