If I could leave 0 stars I would. I have sent my Eddie in for repair 3 times for the same 2 issues. I get it back each time and I am able to print 5 or 6 cookies before the issues start again and I’m unable to print anything after. I’ll move onto something better if it doesn’t work when I get it back this time.

First the good - the problem is fixed which is a huge plus! Now the not so good - Eddie came back with ink all over the inside of part of the bag and smeared on the front of the machine. Obviously somebody missed that when he was 'cleaned'. The carousel also had problems and stopped working the next day. After tinkering with it a little I realized that the screw on the underside was VERY loose and once I tightened it everything worked great. I expected that my Eddie would return in better condition and was a bit disappointed in the condition he returned to me.

Update: The company reached out and make things right. I now have a working machine and couldn’t be happier! Original review: Unfortunately, the machine is still not working well. The ink cartridge is loud and gets stuck. I have only printed 4 cookies since I’ve had it back and the machine is not reliable.

I haven’t use this printer yet. I’m waiting to call and get step-by-step instructions which I know you offer for the lifetime of the Printer , which is awesome. I got my printer back in better shape than when I bought it. Thank you again.
Repair was thorough , with quick response.
Everything works well, love the extra ink cartridge, and packaging is great.
