That’s helpful feedback, and we’d welcome the opportunity to better understand your workflow and see if there are any settings or optimizations that could improve performance for your specific application.
We’ve also alerted our Level 3 support team here at the factory, and they’ll be reaching out to you today with some suggestions. One example is ensuring the unit is connected to a USB 3.1 port instead of a USB 2.0 port. USB 3.1 offers significantly faster data transfer speeds, up to 10 Gbps compared to 480 Mbps for USB 2.0, which can make a noticeable difference in overall performance.
